This place was so perfect that I was happy and happy. In terms of image, it's like a mix of the best parts of Tokyo and Fukuoka bars, hitting the spot and staying on trend, making it the "Hirunandesu" of izakaya world. ★ Sesame Miso Sea Bream ★ Niku Dofu (meat and tofu) ★ Tanteki (simple beef steak) ★ Asparagus Tempura with Karasumi (bottarga) ★ Chorizo Spring Rolls ★ Pork Belly Lettuce Wraps ★ Eel Rolls. I realized that in the second half, it's all about rolls. The dishes are prepared right in front of you in the kitchen, creating a bingo of culinary excitement that you can see, hear, and smell, stimulating your appetite. The lively atmosphere and efficient kitchen skills make you unable to stop eating, leaving you completely exposed. The sea bream swimming in sesame miso smiles contentedly. It seems more comfortable here than in the sea. Nori is an essential element in this dish, but it also seems more comfortable here than in the sea. The fish changes daily, but everyone was ordering it. The Niku Dofu is cooked in a large pot in the corner of the counter. The beef and tofu have been simmering in a heavenly pot, receiving their punishment in a small pot. I might die from this magma and deliciousness without hitting my head on the tofu corner. Personally, I thought it was one of the best Niku Dofu dishes I've ever had. Tanteki is a simple yet incredibly delicious beef steak. The perfect balance of flavors, moist and sweet, exchanging gentle kisses. Once you've been seduced by this calm and passionate dish, there's no turning back, with beer and lemon sours. The asparagus is truly a paradise for tomorrow. Saying hello with a green brush from its crispy and gentle coating. I enjoy contemplating what words to use while feeling the blessings of the earth. If the scent of nori were a perfume you'd pass by in the city, it would surely remind you of this dish. A greedy drinker who enjoys the remaining Karasumi while drinking alcohol. Chorizo is a spicy and crunchy treat that is hard to describe, but it exudes a unique junkiness. The spring roll skin is delicious. If I were to be fried, I'd want to become a spring roll. The pork belly lettuce wraps are like watching the person you're interested in at the grill. It's like chasing after the ace of the soccer team next to you on the field. The juicy pork belly and crisp freshness of the lettuce. It's as if Kimutaku is whispering, "Can't I be the one?" The refreshing Hakata vinegar sauce complements the dish perfectly, making it a salad-like dish that can be enjoyed even in the second half. The dashimaki is incredibly delicious. As expected from Kyoto, the broth resonates deeply and the voice echoes. And there's eel. I ate it because you said the taste was good, and that day happened to be the Midsummer Day of the Ox. There is also a wide variety of drinks, including sake and shochu, as well as hoppy and Weiss beer, and even a Tsurushima Sour, which I didn't expect to find in Kansai! It's a delight as a hamakko. There are so many things I want to eat and so many handsome dishes that it's overwhelming. It seems that you need to make a reservation at this popular restaurant, but if you have friends visiting Kyoto, I would definitely want to take them here!
