太っ腹
Today's lunch was at "Yakiniku Tokkyuu Kameoka-ten." This is a yakiniku chain restaurant located across from Galleria Kameoka along National Route 9 in Kameoka City. It seems to be a chain restaurant that is mainly based in Osaka. The large restaurant stands out and has a big parking lot, with many cars parked, making me worry that it might be crowded during lunchtime. It is a piloti-style building with parking on the 1st floor, so you have to take the stairs to the 2nd floor. The interior of the restaurant is spacious and there are not many people, despite the size of the place. For some reason, there are hanging straps lined up. When seated, I was asked if it was my first time at the restaurant, and since it was, an explanation began. It seems like the restaurant is themed after trains, as indicated by its name. There is a lane in the middle of the box seats where the food is delivered as if on a train. There are also detailed instructions about the train. A large ticket serves as the seat number to take to the register. Side plates are set next to the table, saving manpower. The water is self-service, but because the place is so big, it feels like a long way to go to get it. Looking at the menu, the combination sets mostly consist of lean meat with chicken, lean meat with teppanyaki, etc. I was concerned about the amount of meat, but I decided on the "Juicy Harami Lunch" for 1,099 yen. Orders are placed using a tablet, ensuring thorough automation. I lit the roaster and waited. There are also detailed instructions on how to light the fire. There was an announcement, and the color of the lamp next to the lane changed, and the food was delivered. The tables on both sides of the lane are called red and yellow homes for distinction. It reminded me of conveyor belt sushi, but it came on a large tray, making it look like a set meal. It's rare to have chisha (pickled vegetables) included. It also comes with bean sprout namul. The meat comes with name tags. It's slightly glazed with sauce. I quickly grilled it on the roaster, dipped it in the sauce, and savored the essence of yakiniku as I combined it with rice. The meat was tender and combined well with the sauce, allowing me to enjoy the true taste of yakiniku. With four pieces of chisha included and not enough meat, it was a restaurant that lived up to its concept of providing deliciousness and fun at a reasonable price.
