The cooking is very skillful! It's not like a high-end restaurant that focuses on delicacy and atmosphere, but the cooking is definitely top-notch! The taste is excellent, and you will be satisfied with any dish you choose. Must-try dishes are the assorted appetizers, paella, garlic shrimp, and cheesecake. I would definitely come back for these dishes!

The food is very delicious and you can tell the chef's skill is top-notch. It's a shame I had to drive there and couldn't have any wine or beer, especially since the food would go so well with it! The paella was perfectly cooked, with the rice dry in the middle but juicy on the outside. The texture was amazing. The spiced chicken had a crispy, flavorful skin. The squid ink pasta had a tangy twist that set it apart from others I've had, it was great! Dipping bread in the aioli sauce was the best. I keep coming back and each time I discover something new. The fish dishes are always outstanding.

We went for our wedding anniversary. We had a course meal, which was reasonably priced and we were satisfied with the authentic Spanish cuisine.

I heard that a Spanish restaurant had opened in Kameoka, so I went there with my friends. It's less than a 15-minute walk from Kameoka Station and easy to spot with its sign and Spanish flag outside. The restaurant is run by someone who used to work for the "Baharbol" group, known for Spanish restaurants like El Fogon in Kyoto. Inside, there are about four table seats and a counter seat, where we sat. We ordered: draft beer for 550 yen, sangria for 600 yen, lemon sour for 500 yen, yellowtail Tataki for 700 yen, shrimp ajillo for 750 yen, squid ink paella (small size) for 1500 yen, and grilled onion with nut sauce for 400 yen. The handwritten recommended menu lists fresh seafood and seasonal specials bought from the market in the morning. We chose the yellowtail Tataki, which was surprisingly delicious. The fresh, fatty yellowtail paired with the slightly sweet tomato and onion sauce was amazing. The grilled onion with nut sauce was also great, with the sweet onion texture and the sauce complementing each other perfectly. The large, juicy shrimp in the ajillo was impressive, and the squid ink paella had a rich umami flavor. Overall, it was a delicious evening. This might be the first Spanish restaurant in Kameoka, and the friendly owner made the experience even better. It's a cozy place, and I'll definitely visit again. Thank you for the wonderful meal.
