Our household was running out of bread, so I thought about trying out a new bakery nearby. I found a shop that caught my interest near Keihan Uji Station. To my surprise, they have a branch in Joyo City as well, located inside Al Plaza Joyo, so I didn't have to worry about parking. I visited the shop and purchased their Premium Plain bread for 880 yen. The bread was soft and slightly sweet, and it tasted delicious both plain and toasted with butter. The shop is produced by bakery producer Takuya Kishimoto, who is known for opening high-end bread specialty shops nationwide. I also learned that they have a main store in Uji, and I would like to visit it next time. Overall, the bread was delicious, and I enjoyed my experience at the shop.
