A 10-minute walk from Ebisu Station, "Kagayaki" offers a course with stop order. Favorites included: Liver, Chicken Wings, Bonjiri (tail), Ginkgo nuts, Gizzard, Karaage (fried chicken), Potatoes, Quail, Tsukune (meatballs), Shishito peppers, Duck, Thick Tofu, Okra, Cartilage, and Asparagus. They also had a special dish of Hafa clams and Seseri rice, as well as chicken soup. The meal started with the liver which was creamy and delicious. The chicken wings were satisfying and peppery. Bonjiri had a nice fatty and juicy texture. The gizzard was large and had a unique grilled skewer style. The karaage was big and crispy, one of the best. The potatoes had a lovely scent, probably a new dish for the season. Quail had a nice charcoal flavor. Tsukune had a chewy cartilage texture. Duck tasted like thigh meat, with a good balance of fat. Thick Tofu was fluffy and rich. Okra had a tasty sauce. Knuckles had a firm meat and chewy texture. Boneless Chicken Wings were a nice treat at the end, filling and satisfying. The esophagus had delicious sauce with a fatty and skin-like texture. Overall, it was consistently delicious.

The other day, I visited a yakitori izakaya called "Kutsuki" in Ebisu. This place can be summed up in one word: exceptional skills. If you really want to eat delicious yakitori, this is a place you must visit. First of all, the yakitori here has an outstanding balance. The freshness of the ingredients, seasoning, and grilling are all exquisite. I particularly liked the liver and negima. It truly captures the essence of yakitori and made me feel happy as soon as I tasted it. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is also very nice. The calming lighting and warmth of the wood create a comfortable feeling. The service from the staff was also pleasant, allowing me to relax and enjoy my meal. However, reservations are a must. While there may be a waiting time, I feel that it is well worth it. Overall, I would rate it 4.5 out of 5. A wonderful restaurant with great taste, service, and a relaxing atmosphere. It has become one of the places I would like to visit again. For those who are not yet familiar with the greatness of "Kutsuki," I highly recommend giving it a try. Delicious yakitori awaits you.

I arrived after a walk of just under 10 minutes from Ebisu station and found this place to be very majestic, including the interior design. I was taken to this very popular restaurant run by Mr. Onoda, often called the prince of the yakitori world. The grilled skewers were incredibly juicy! While the style is similar to Chef Ikegawa's Torishiki, the individuality shines through. The finale of the meal, the cooked rice dish, featuring chicken and vegetables brought to the table was delicious. Especially noteworthy were the juicy skewers like the chicken liver. It seems reservations are quite difficult to come by, but I definitely want to visit this restaurant again.

A variety of delicious grilled skewers with a strong flavor. Seasonal vegetables are mixed in, and to finish off, a hearty mixed rice dish is served. Highlights include liver, chicken tenderloin, sweet corn, gizzards, eggplant, esophagus, potatoes with butter, quail eggs, meatballs, asparagus, shishito peppers, okra, lanterns, thick tofu, chicken wings, cartilage, soup, and harami. Wakingiro restaurant in Ebisu is a must-visit spot, but reservations are difficult to secure. Check out their website at https://wata-log.net.

Bird Shiki series. The staff, including the master, and the clientele all had a Minato-ku vibe, but the grilled food was surprisingly good. It was a bit noisy, but there were no annoying interruptions, and I enjoyed the meal. Liver, chicken wings, bonjiri (tail), gizzard, potato with butter, lantern squid, eggplant, quail eggs, meatballs, shishito peppers, thick-fried tofu, heart, asparagus, and quail.

I went to this yakitori restaurant in Ebisu! The system starts with liver and continues until you say stop ^_^ As always, the food is really delicious. The mixed rice that comes after you say stop is the best! The chef is also funny and enjoyable ^_^ It's a restaurant that makes you want to go again!

In pursuit of my father's footsteps and my mentor's heights in 2023.5, I revisited the yakitori restaurant "Kane Ki Ebisu" in Ebisu. The owner, Kohei Onoda, trained at the renowned Meguro restaurant "Torishiki" and served as the first owner of "Torikado" before going independent in 2019. The name "Kane" comes from their family's restaurant "Torikane" in Denenchofu, and "Ki" is borrowed from a character in "Torishiki," Yosuke Ikegawa. The counter surrounding the grill is always bustling, and the restaurant has become so popular that reservations are nearly impossible to secure. The liver is incredibly tender and flavorful, while the wings are succulent and bursting with umami. The grilled eggplant has a crispy exterior and a melt-in-your-mouth center that is both hot and sweet. The gizzard has a satisfying crunch that gives way to a rich umami flavor. The chicken skin is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, offering a unique and delicious taste. The buttered potato has a crispy exterior and a fluffy interior, enhanced by the rich buttery flavor. The grilled rice cake has a delectable combination of firm texture and a rush of umami. The salted minced chicken has a robust meaty flavor that fills the mouth with each bite. The grilled chicken in sauce has a coating of savory sauce that amplifies the chicken's flavor. The thick-fried tofu has a chewy texture that is incredibly tasty. The oversized round chicken meatball bursts with flavor and remains delicious even after finishing. The chicken tenderloin has a unique texture that is tender and meaty, with a perfect balance of salt that complements the umami. The chicken esophagus has a chewy texture with a burst of umami from the offal and sauce. The chicken tail is impressively large, with a crispy skin and succulent meat that combine perfectly. The chicken liver is a generous portion with a rich umami flavor. The chicken feet are deboned, with a skin that envelops the tender meat, providing a delightful umami flavor. The chicken tail has a crunchy texture, while the kinkan has a sticky texture – a delightful combination. The chicken knee is exceptionally large, with a crispy skin and juicy meat. The end-of-meal chicken soup is more concentrated than Torishiki's, but maintains an elegant flavor. Onoda's yakitori is robust in flavor, showcasing the essence and sweetness of the chicken without any disappointments. The "Marudare," "Nankotsu," and "Shio Tsukune" are must-tries, and if you have room, I recommend trying the "Tare Tsukune" as well. I devoured everything on offer this time, ==========

Thanks to a friend, I was able to go to this very famous restaurant with a difficult reservation. The overwhelming cuisine was truly exceptional, as expected, but personally, I really liked the chef's personality, and I had a wonderful time. I would love to go again next time, but apparently they don't take many new reservations, so I'm not sure when I'll be able to go again... If I can, I definitely want to go to this restaurant again.

Ebisu "Kanki" is a popular yakitori restaurant run by a young head chef from a prestigious family. It's difficult to make a reservation, but I was able to visit thanks to an invitation from Sushi Yuuno Ozaki. I also went to Ginza Arai with Ozaki-san during the day. Kanki is a great restaurant. The yakitori mainly uses brand chicken and is easy to eat, making it the type you can keep eating. Personally, the tsukune (chicken meatballs) were outstanding, and I tried both with salt and tare sauces. The head chef is a charming character with entertaining stories, attracting many customers who come to see him. Overall, it's a fun and delicious place with reasonable prices. The meal and drinks were surprisingly affordable, with each person spending just a little over 10,000 yen. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

Everything I ate was delicious! The chef is very particular about grilling, so everything I tried was amazing with no disappointments. The skewers keep coming until you say stop, so make sure to let them know when you're starting to get full, around two skewers before. It takes a little time to grill each skewer, so it's best to come with some extra time to spare. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also great and I had a really enjoyable time there.

One of my favorite yakitori spots, located in Ebisu, "Kagayaki" is a top-ranking place in my book. It's frequented by many celebrities and getting a reservation can be tough. The menu includes must-try items like the tender liver and chicken tail skewers. The thick fried tofu here is also a favorite of mine! Once again, the flavors did not disappoint. The owner is humorous and the atmosphere is cozy.

I was taken to the hard-to-reserve yakitori restaurant Eiki in Ebisu by a regular customer! The style where the skewers keep coming until you say stop was amazing. My heart was already stolen by the liver that was served first ✩.*˚ The head chef was also delightful, and we had such a fun time. Of course, every skewer was delicious ( •̀ω•́ )و✧ Yummy!
