I usually buy takoyaki with sweet sauce or soy sauce, but there are various options to choose from which makes it fun! The karaage has a strong spice flavor, making it a great side dish or snack. You can place your order in advance, do some shopping at the nearby supermarket, and then take the hot takoyaki home. The friendly and caring owner will welcome you!

I stopped by a shop called "Namba Ichiban Takosuke" that my friend recommended, and got some "Chicken Karaage" for takeout. They start frying it as soon as you order, so you can enjoy it piping hot. Even though the shop's name suggests they specialize in takoyaki and squid, this time I went with my friend's recommendation of karaage. I bought 10 pieces (5 pieces x 2) as part of my dinner. When I opened the pack, the delicious smell made my mouth water, and the pieces were bigger than I expected! They were juicy, tender, and had a rich flavor. They were so delicious! This definitely made a great addition to my dinner. Next time, I want to try their "Greedy Set" where you can have both takoyaki and squid for lunch!
