Casual Solo Trip (Day 13) Miyazu City, Kyoto Prefecture
I wanted to ride this sightseeing train, so I moved by train. I didn't make a reservation for the morning, only for the return trip. I went in time for the morning, but it was full and I couldn't get on. If there are seats available, you can board without a reservation, but it's better to reserve in advance!! In addition to the regular fare, I purchased a boarding pass for 550 yen. With just this additional 550 yen, I was able to enjoy a luxurious trip (*´▽`*). It's a café train, and the interior is very clean. There is someone serving customers (like a flight attendant on a plane) who guides you very politely. You can receive a commemorative boarding certificate for free, get a commemorative stamp, and insert the boarding pass. It's a very nice memory. I also received a can badge. As it's a café train, onboard sales are also available. After that, I couldn't drink alcohol, which was a shame ( ̄▽ ̄). I ordered iced tea, but it wasn't the seasonal one... so I tried the Nana Hime Cider. The cider was not too sweet, refreshing, and delicious. Snacks and appetizers were also being sold, so it would have been even better if I could have had a drink (lol). I passed by the "Kuromatsu-go" on the way, which is a train where you can enjoy a meal. Both the "Akamatsu-go" and the "Kuromatsu-go" seem wonderful, so if you're interested, definitely try riding them!!
