I went to Arashiyama to see the autumn leaves. I visited Daikaku-ji, Gio-ji, and then Nison-in. When I left Nison-in feeling very satisfied, I suddenly came across a teahouse on a quiet roadside. It was called Nison-in Monzen Chaya. They serve mitarashi dango, soft serve ice cream, matcha, coffee, and more. I had just eaten mitarashi dango about an hour ago, so I hesitated. But then the lady at the shop said, "You can order just one if you like." Her words made me approach the shop without hesitation. In the end, I ordered two dango for 200 yen (tax included) because one didn't seem like enough. They were still being grilled, so I had to wait for 2-3 minutes. I got them fresh off the grill. They were hot. Even though they were freshly grilled, they were soft yet chewy.
