There was a flyer inside, so I ordered a pizza sandwich-like dish! Carbonara and Caesar salad, along with shrimp!

Yesterday, I was disappointed by both the service and taste at "Pizza La Kyoto Kita Store". It was so bad that it became funny in a way. So today, I decided to try Domino's Pizza! This time, I got really frustrated with the online registration and ordering process. Normally, when you order pizza online, you have to register as a member, provide your details, and then place your order. However, Domino's Pizza made it incredibly confusing! You can complete the registration with just an email address and password, without entering your name or phone number. But when I tried to enter the address details, I couldn't select the house number. I was stuck at this point. I thought maybe it's just for the store to know where to deliver from. So, I ignored the house number and proceeded to the ordering page. But when I tried to add items to my cart, it took me back to the address details page. I was puzzled because I thought I would enter my details there. I called the nearest Domino's Pizza store for help. They told me to contact customer service. I finally found the shopping cart page after clicking around. It was so unclear! I placed an order out of curiosity. The pizza arrived after 40 minutes. It was cold, but better than Pizza La. Domino's offers a discount if the delivery is late, but they didn't even apologize for the delay. Overall, Domino's Pizza was better than Pizza La but not as good as Pizza Hut. This experience made it clear to me that Pizza Hut is the only one with decent customer service.
