It was around 10 AM on Saturday morning, and I had to wait for about 20 minutes for my morning meal. Since it was a holiday, there were many families with children of three generations. The parking lot was spacious and easy to find a spot. I opted for a simple coffee with a morning set. The coffee was plentiful, equivalent to about two cups. For the bread, I chose a loaf bread. Wasn't it not available before? I also had a boiled egg and added a salad on the side. The Yuzu flavor in the Chiffon cake was strong and delicious! It was a huge portion, but having a leisurely morning meal is so relaxing. Thank you for the meal! ♡

In May of the 4th year of Reiwa, My Rebi-san, who lives in Aichi Prefecture and whom I am indebted to, returned to his hometown of Kanagawa Prefecture! Even though his residence has changed, our communication through Tabelog continues as usual. However, he mentioned that he will be visiting Kansai less frequently, which makes me feel a bit lonely. I had been saying to My Rebi-san, "I want to eat Ankake Spaghetti someday!" but I never got the chance to try it! I checked the menu on Komeda Coffee's website and found it! I had the opportunity to stop by for lunch alone after having some business at the Uji City Hall. Upon entering the shop and opening the menu book, I couldn't find the Ankake Spaghetti listed anywhere! I double-checked and even asked the staff, but unfortunately, they were not serving it at the moment. Feeling disappointed, I ended up ordering the classic Napoletana and a coffee set. The Napoletana arrived after about 11 minutes, along with a cup of coffee. The pasta was delicious with a chewy texture and a sweet ketchup flavor. The salad was fresh with two types of dressings to choose from. The toast with butter was simple yet tasty, and the coffee had a slightly strong bitterness that was enjoyable. Overall, the meal was satisfying, although I wished the portion of spaghetti was a bit larger. I look forward to trying other menu items on my next visit!

Dessert Set for 890 yen: Komeda Blend, Mini-size Ogura Noir. Komeda Coffee always offers delicious options. The "Ogura Noir" is a seasonal limited Shironoir, with homemade Ogura bean paste sandwiched between Danish bread, topped with a sweet and sour strawberry sauce. It was delicious.

I decided to have a light lunch at a late hour, so I chose a sandwich plate without corn soup. But when it was served, I was surprised. The sandwich was much thicker than it looked in the menu photo. The egg salad was also quite filling. I wonder if I'll be able to eat dinner later! Thank you for the meal. P.S. I didn't eat the complimentary snacks and took them home.

After finishing my bread purchase at Tamaki Tei, it was still early in the morning, around 9 o'clock, and all the shops along Ujibashi Street were still closed. I searched for a place to have breakfast and found Komeda Coffee, so I headed there. I arrived at the shop around 9:40 am, and as usual, it was crowded. I decided to have the B Morning set, which includes egg paste toast and a mini salad. I also ordered a refill of iced coffee. I stayed at Komeda Coffee for about an hour. I really like Komeda Coffee, so I had a good time.

Here in Uji, a famous tea-producing region nationwide, we visited this shop before heading to Byodoin Temple. While enjoying the classic bean sweets, we also had the signature Komeda blend coffee. As always, Komeda's atmosphere is so calming. Thank you for the delicious meal!

I always use this store, Kyoto Uji store. You can have morning toast with a cup of coffee for the price of one cup of coffee in the morning. The toast is not one slice, but half, which is nice to have as a service. I always have it with jam. The morning set has three options: boiled egg set, egg paste, and Nagoya specialty, small red bean paste. The service is not limited to this, they also respond to selfish order requests such as changing the toast's baking and thickness, or having it without crust. If you add an extra fee, they will also provide whipped cream. It seems fun to customize your favorite toast. There is a spacious area where you can relax and it seems like you might end up staying for a long time.

One night, I felt like having coffee in a cozy atmosphere, so I took my family to Komeda Coffee in Uji. Surprisingly, it wasn't crowded at night. I always thought it would be packed in the mornings, so I tended to avoid it. But it seems like a nice place to relax in the evenings. We ordered a lot - Ice Milk Coffee, Banana Juice, Cream Soda, Gracoro Burger, and Kometchi Cream Soda. The Kometchi Cream Soda had too much ice that it turned the melon soda into a foamy mess. The staff kindly replaced it for us. The Gracoro Burger was bigger than McDonald's and really filling. You can choose to have it cut into halves or quarters, but even a quarter was quite large! The Kometchi came with 6 pieces, just enough for the three of us to share. Komeda is known for their complimentary beans snacks, but no one in my family wanted them, so I ended up eating all three bags. They were delicious, but I ended up feeling really full from our light meal. Thank you for the meal.

I can relax and it's a place I often visit. I like it because I can stay for a long time. However, the drink called "Sumire," made with red beans and milk, was too sweet and I couldn't finish it.

On my way back to the office, it was lunchtime but I decided to just have coffee. I found a nice place while driving and decided to stop by. They had a designated smoking area which was great. It felt comfortable without the self-service shop vibe, and non-smokers could relax too. Since it wasn't morning, there was no morning service, but they had the usual complimentary snacks. I ordered a regular size black blend coffee for 420 yen. The slight bitterness helped me shake off the fatigue from the early morning.

Wow!! I heard that "Komeda Coffee" has changed their vanilla soft serve into chocolate soft serve for Valentine's Day, so I decided to visit the "Komeda Coffee Kyoto Uji Store" near my house. Starting from February 1st, they are offering a limited quantity of this special item until supplies last. Today, I ordered: - Blend Coffee (420 yen) with morning service included - Mini Cronut (400 yen) - Character Cronut (490 yen) The Blend Coffee came with complimentary thick toast and boiled egg as part of the morning service. The coffee had a nice flavor and went well with the toast and egg. The Mini Cronut and Character Cronut were both delicious. They were warm Danish pastries topped with chocolate soft serve, chocolate sauce, nuts, and caramel sauce. Both were amazing and I highly recommend them, especially if you love the regular "Shironoir" at Komeda Coffee. If you haven't tried it yet, make sure to visit a Komeda Coffee store soon as these items are limited. The staff at "Komeda Coffee Kyoto Uji Store" were friendly and provided great service. I will definitely be back! In addition, I also recommend trying the "Shironoir" and "Jerico" at Komeda Coffee. They have a unique and addictive taste. On this Sunday, I had a craving for something sweet, so I visited "Komeda Coffee Kyoto Uji Store" and ordered: - Chocolate Nut Jerico (580 yen) - Shironoir (590 yen) The store has a cozy lodge-style exterior and is divided into smoking and non-smoking areas, making it a comfortable place to relax. The Chocolate Nut Jerico was a seasonal limited item with a coffee jelly and iced coffee combination, topped with whipped cream, nuts, and chocolate sauce. The Shironoir was a delightful treat as well. Overall, Komeda Coffee is a great place to enjoy delicious treats and drinks.
