A traditional Japanese confectionery shop selling trendy and stylish fruit daifuku. The daifuku has a slightly old-fashioned label, perhaps riding the retro trend. Personally, I think strawberry daifuku is good, but pineapple and kiwi are not bad either.

The only dessert in 2022 that made me go "Wow" after taking a bite, and I didn't even know it was so close to my home.

I think this Japanese confectionery shop has a wide variety of daifuku. The shop recommends sweet potato yokan, but it always seems to be sold out whenever I go, so it must be really popular. However, I feel like there are many manju and daifuku displayed in the storefront. Among them, there are many daifuku with fruit, and the other day I saw a giant daifuku being sold, so I was curious and bought it. This daifuku was really big, but inside, there was a whole giant strawberry. It was only about 150 yen, but it was delicious and went well with the sweet bean paste.
