【August 20, 2023】Kyoto, Japan. I came to a concert by the Kansai Philharmonic Orchestra in Joyo City. The pianist was Seiya Kamei, a very popular pianist. I had curry for dinner. It was delicious! I ordered the curry for 860 yen (tax included), which came with a salad, a drink, and dessert. The naan bread was all-you-can-eat. Thank you for the meal!

There is a curry restaurant in front of Terada Station... I wonder when it opened... (*´ω`*) The Japanese is also good - they are so lively! ((o(^∇^)o)) I ordered the B lunch set. The daily special is Al Sag curry (potato and spinach curry) - this is my favorite! I also ordered the Chicken curry, which is very spicy. The naan is crispy and fragrant! ((o(^∇^)o)) The curry is rich and flavorful. The soup is Manchurian style. There are two energetic chefs, they have a nice Nepali vibe - it feels good! ((o(^∇^)o))

This was my first time trying Indian cuisine. The restaurant was not too crowded even on weekends, but most of the tables were occupied. All the staff were Indian and spoke Japanese well, recommending dishes from the menu. I ordered the daily lunch special (790 yen) which was a curry with taro and mushrooms. It was full of ingredients and delicious. You could choose the level of spiciness from 1 to 5, and I went with 4 as recommended by the staff. It wasn't too spicy at first but had a gradual heat that was enjoyable. For those who don't like spicy food, I recommend going for level 1 to 3. The lunch set came with salad, drink, naan, and the curry. The drink I chose was a yogurt-like drink called Lassi, which was really tasty. The naan was soft, crispy, and warm, and surprisingly large. Next time, I plan to try the chicken curry and cheese naan. The atmosphere in the restaurant was nice, and all the staff were friendly. Even the kitchen staff thanked us with a smile after paying, making me want to visit this place again.
