The Uji Matcha Tiramisu for ¥540 is a delightful dessert with a luxurious cream and rich Uji matcha cream. It has a perfect balance of flavors and a melt-in-your-mouth texture. However, the ratio of cream to sponge is way off, with too much sponge compared to the cream. The cream is not oily or heavy, and the matcha flavor is strong and bitter. The sponge is like a soaked sponge cake, making it edible. Overall, it is soft and enjoyable, but there is just too much sponge!

Uji Matcha Pudding: The texture is soft and chewy. The matcha flavor is on the lighter side, not too strong. The red bean topping is sweet and chunky, although the portion is small. I actually enjoyed the pudding more this way. Overall, it was good.

The high-speed Kobe station's mobile sales vendor had Hirota's cream puffs. In front of it, there was a line for Haru Natsu Aki Fuyu's bread. They used plenty of Kyoto's green tea to make a green tea terrine that wasn't too bitter, but refreshing! The cream was light, and even though I don't like white chocolate, I could eat this one. It costs 2000 yen, but maybe the cream puffs are better value? The double dose of green tea powder and green tea cream inside costs 300 yen. If you find it around Umeda, definitely buy it!

Purchased at the Gourmet Expo at Aeon Kagoshima. I think the matcha pudding was 380 yen. The taste is rich, and the red bean on top is delicious. I thought there might be caramel sauce, but it doesn't seem to have it. Still, it's very delicious. I also noticed matcha terrine, which I'd like to try next time if I have the chance.

From June 29th to July 4th, the Gochi Para Expo Part 4, featuring popular gourmet restaurants and delicious food, is being held. After seeing the flyer, my child requested some sweets. The two items being sold are matcha cream puffs and matcha rare fromage. I purchased the matcha rare fromage (6 pieces for 756 yen). When I opened the lid, I was greeted by a beautiful matcha color and aroma. I took a bite and the matcha flavor spread throughout, complemented by the melting rare cheese. It was incredibly delicious! I could easily eat more than one. Even though there were 6 pieces, they disappeared in no time. I wish more shops like this would open up.
