There is a concept parking lot (Karasuma Toji-do Parking) on the east side of the restaurant. Only the parking here is affiliated with us. However, you will be required to exchange a certificate of use. We will give you coins for up to two hours.
The atmosphere inside the restaurant is calm and suitable for casual gatherings or dates. The quality of the meat was high and all dishes were delicious. You can order as many items as you like individually, and we also ordered a bottle of wine, so it was relatively reasonable at 10,000 yen per person. The Yukke on the grand menu is not raw, but there was a recommended dish called "melting Yukke" today, which was close to raw Yukke and very tasty. I would like to visit this restaurant again.

The company celebrated a colleague who is participating in a national sports competition. The kalbi had a variety of options and all were delicious, but I wonder if older people can't eat as much. The harami was soft and very tasty, I could have easily gone for seconds, it was excellent. There were various soft drinks available, but unfortunately there was no variety in beer, it would have been better with more options.

This time, I went with my partner to the restaurant with a few younger people who wanted to go after seeing the photos I took last time. We had already contacted the restaurant in advance about the date and the lunch menu we wanted. We were all very excited and impressed by the stylish and delicious food at the restaurant. Despite being a bit younger, the group was very lively and enthusiastic. My partner had a bit too much to drink at lunch, but with the help of the younger ones, we all managed to finish our meals. As we were leaving, the younger ones gave my partner a Father's Day gift, which made him very happy and touched.

A yakiniku restaurant within walking distance from Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit. It's a branch of Masai, so the taste is pretty much as expected. We ordered a course with all-you-can-drink for 6500 yen. Unfortunately, we forgot to take photos. The dashi tamago shabu was unique and not found in other restaurants. A good option for yakiniku near Kyoto Station.

It was a long time since our last girls' get-together. We had lunch yakiniku at Masuichi near Kyoto Station. The restaurant was very beautiful and stylish. They served each dish with tags indicating the different cuts of meat, and explained how to cook and eat them carefully. I asked for a dashimaki tamago kimbap instead of rice, and it was delicious. We all agreed to come back and try a different lunch menu next time as we left the restaurant.

After having a blast in Kyoto, I decided to visit this yakiniku restaurant for the second time. When it comes to cost-effective yakiniku in Kyoto, places like "Koh" come to mind, but they are usually located in busy areas and reservations can be difficult to make on short notice. However, Mokuichi is located on the south side of Kyoto Station, towards Kujo Station, making it a hidden gem. The restaurant has a beautiful interior and a stylish exterior, making it a great spot for a date. They sometimes offer rare cuts like tan-shin. Two guys can enjoy a filling meal of high-quality meat and drinks for around ¥8,000, making it a great deal. So, if you feel like having yakiniku near Kyoto Station, be sure to check this place out!

Yoshiichi (Charcoal) at Hachijo-guchi in Kyoto offers a sukiyaki and shabu-shabu set, as well as a tongue and salt lunch set. They serve shoulder loin, wagyu beef, tail soup, salad, and rice. It's a great place for Japanese BBQ and dining out in Kyoto. #Kyoto #KyotoStation #Hachijoguchi #KyotoGourmet #KyotoLunch #Yakiniku #YakinikuLunch #Tongue #TongueSalt #NegiSalt #Sukiyaki #SukiyakiShabu #ShoulderLoin #WagyuBeef #TailSoup #Soup #Salad #Hachidaiyoshihei #JapaneseBBQ #BBQ #Salad #Soup #Rice #Kyoto #KyotoStation #PTGinKyoto2022.12.11 Visit

I wanted to have yakiniku for dinner, so I visited this place. I had heard of Masuichi before, and it seems to be a reputable butcher shop in Kyoto. The quality of the meat was definitely top-notch, with a nice sheen and texture. The staff were young and hardworking. It was delicious!

Maiichi in Nishioji is a well-known yakiniku restaurant in Kyoto, but I never had the chance to visit due to its distance from the station. However, recently they have opened multiple new branches in the city, becoming a large group with five locations. I visited the branch near Kyoto Station, which is located on the rooftop garden space. The interior had cozy sofa and table seats, as well as a counter. I dined in a private room, which unfortunately requires reservations after 7 pm. The menu offered a variety of meat dishes, and although I was too focused on trying Maiichi's meat, I found the food to be simply delicious. The bill came to around 6,000 yen for a generous amount of food, making it a reasonable option in the growing yakiniku scene near Kyoto Station.

■Visit Date: March 15, 2022■Items Received: Refer below■MEMOVisited on March 15, 2022. Exit Kyoto Station Hachijo-guchi and head west on Hachijo-Higashitera. Look for a building with a lantern that says "肉" (meat) on the first floor. The restaurant is located on the second floor. This time, I used the GOTOeat meal vouchers in Kyoto. I heard that the deadline was until March 15th (it was later extended until May). Now, this time I ordered from the a la carte menu. I had the dishes listed above. They were all delicious. Noteworthy items include the premium yakiniku, thick-cut Ichibo, wagyu mix, and kokoro sashimi. Everything was exceptionally delicious. The attentive service and cozy atmosphere are also worth mentioning. Enjoying delicious meat cooked over charcoal was a truly happy moment. I had accumulated points, so my family and I visited this restaurant after a long time. Despite the place being full of customers, the service was incredibly fast, which was a pleasant surprise. Today, the freshness of the sashimi was better than usual. The raw liver sashimi was extremely delicious. The harami (skirt steak) was also very fresh, and I ended up trying both the salt and sauce flavors. It's always a pleasure to have a meal here as usual. Thank you for the delicious meal.

We had a training session near Kyoto Station on a weekday, so we decided to grab some yakiniku on the way back with 3 people. We've been to different restaurants in the past, but this was our first time at a restaurant near Kyoto Station. We didn't have much time, so we wanted to eat quickly and head home. The prices were reasonable, with harami for 1290 yen, chuck flap tail for 860 yen, special chuck flap tail for 1090 yen, spicy upper stomach for 800 yen, teppanyaki for 800 yen, grilled squid with soy sauce for 600 yen, sanchu lettuce for 520 yen, and napa cabbage kimchi for 390 yen. We didn't order salted meat, but everything was marinated in sauce. The marinade was not too sweet and had a strong flavor, which went well with beer. All the meats were tender and there were no disappointments. The prices were reasonable and the location near the station made it convenient. We had a couple of drinks, enjoyed our meal, and headed home. Thank you for the meal.

This was my first time visiting a branch of this restaurant. Despite being a sky-high establishment, there were quite a few customers. The interior was beautiful, which is important. The lighting was just right, creating a casual atmosphere for a neighborhood yakiniku restaurant. They had a variety of meat sashimi options, and unlike the main branch, we got to enjoy them grilled over charcoal. The Masiichi Yukke (seared yukke) could have had a bit more flavor. The freshness of the harami (skirt steak) seemed to be lacking compared to others. The thick-cut tongue was a standout dish, allowing us to fully appreciate the flavor of the tongue. Overall, I felt that the cost performance was high. It was delicious.

Whenever I go to Kyoto, I always make sure to visit this place. The tan shio has a good thickness and I am always satisfied with it! I will definitely stop by again when I go to Kyoto. ✨

It is easy to get to because it is near Kyoto Station. The seats and space between seats are spacious, giving a relaxed feeling. The chijimi is chewy and delicious. I recommend the tsumami!

I have been to the main store and the Hachijo store before, but this was my first time visiting this store. It was easy to walk from Kyoto Station and the location was easy to find. The interior was spacious and relaxing. The food was delicious. The harami (skirt steak) was the most delicious, as expected. I would like to visit again!

This is my first time commenting on Tabelog. I had a great and delicious experience at the sister restaurant Fuubi and Suuro, so I decided to visit this restaurant after finding out they were sister stores. However, this restaurant was surprisingly unpleasant. The dishes were either too salty or lacking in flavor. The only positive aspect was the staff's customer service, but overall the cost performance was terrible. I came from far away to explore delicious restaurants in Kyoto, and this was the last stop. I believe that someone who doesn't know how to handle ingredients should not be working in a kitchen at this price range. I don't mind if it's cheap, but the prices here are on par with those in Ebisu, Tokyo. I enjoy trying different restaurants as a hobby, and this was the first time I encountered such a wasteful establishment. The customer service, quality of meat, and cleanliness of the restaurant were not issues. The customer service was really good. The lack of training on how to handle ingredients within the company culture was a "wasteful" experience. To cleanse my palate, I searched for a delicious meat restaurant after leaving the store.
