I happened to find this restaurant by chance when Mad○gu was fully booked and I had to sadly head back to the station. Jazz music was playing quietly in the dimly lit interior, with tables spaced far enough apart that I didn't feel crowded. It was nice to be able to choose my favorite seat. The pasta lunch was 1100 yen and came with a salad. For an additional 100 yen, I could add a drink, which was a good deal. There were five seats at the counter, and I noticed a few solo female diners. The quiet atmosphere seemed unlikely to attract groups of male office workers. The staff, while not rude, seemed to clear the plates quickly, giving me the feeling of being rushed. Even though there was a bit of salad left, I felt pressured to finish quickly as they tried to take the plate away. When my companion finished their pasta before me, the staff came to clear their plate before I was done, making me feel rushed again. The restaurant wasn't busy during lunchtime, and we didn't linger, but I didn't leave feeling great. When I said "thank you" at the end, they gave a normal greeting. The food was really delicious!

It was really great! I went for lunch and will go again for dinner! I loved the taste. The space has a high ceiling and an open, slightly dim interior that feels cozy. The staff is kind and the food was delicious and reasonably priced for lunch. I will come back for dinner next time.

I passed by on my bicycle just after noon and noticed a place where I could park my bike. Feeling hungry, I decided to go in. The lunch set, which includes pasta, salad, and focaccia, costs around 1000 yen, but I was in the mood for pizza so I ordered from the regular menu. I chose the small size mushroom and black truffle sauce pizza for 1500 yen. The small size was about 20 centimeters, perfect for a light meal. The crust was crispy on the outside but soft and chewy inside. Topped with buffalo mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, and truffle sauce, the pizza had a strong truffle aroma and rich mushroom flavor, with the cheese adding a mild touch. If I go there again, I would like to go in the evening with friends and try a variety of dishes. It's best to go early as some lunch sets may sell out by 1 pm!

I ordered the assorted appetizers which included kumquat and baby turnip pickles, smoked mackerel, and beef tendon stewed in tomato. I also ordered the firefly squid marinated in mustard. It was my first time trying the beef tendon stewed in tomato and it was delicious. The firefly squid was also tasty. The only downside was that the beer was a bit expensive.

A little north of Gion Shijo, the atmosphere with dim lighting and lively jazz music playing makes it feel like you're in Chicago. It has the vibe of an authentic bar or café. I tried the pasta lunch. It's been a while since I had a carb-heavy lunch. It came with salad and pasta, but I declined the bread. The mushroom cream pasta had a miso-like seasoning, a new sensation. It was very delicious! The pasta was perfectly al dente and seasoned just right. I'll have to come back to try something other than pasta! The ambiance is so cozy, especially the sofa seats in the front. It makes you want to read a magazine or book. I'll definitely be back. Thank you for the meal.

Visiting on weekends and holidays, we arrived at the restaurant around 9 PM and found many customers leaving, creating a nearly private atmosphere. The interior had a dark red theme with avant-garde art pieces placed throughout, even in the restroom. It felt like being in a mysterious art gallery. We ordered Margherita pizza, black wagyu beef hamburger, tomato cream spaghetti, and the standout dish was the carbonara spaghetti - rich and creamy with the perfect balance of salt. Despite the adult atmosphere, we were surprised to find a diaper changing table, making it family-friendly. Just as we were leaving, a new wave of customers arrived. It was a unique experience, and we appreciated the warm smiles and thoughtful service from the female staff. Great place!

I visited around 11:40 on a regular day. I knew that they had gone smoke-free, so I decided to stop by. There was only one group of customers at first, but more and more people started coming in around 11:55, and soon the place was full except for the counter. They brought out the salad first, which was a nice touch for my blood sugar. The bread came out at the same time as the pasta. I thought it would be better to eat the bread after the pasta considering my blood sugar, so I left it for later, but by the time it arrived, it had cooled down. I realized that it would have been better to have the bread come out before the pasta so I could enjoy it while it was still warm. Nevertheless, the bread was delicious even though it had cooled down! For lunch, I had a choice between Carbonara and Cabbage and Anchovy Oil pasta. Since Carbonara is tough on lactose intolerance, I chose the latter, but it didn't have much protein so I got hungry again soon after. They also had shrimp fried rice (I think it was not exactly pilaf) as another option besides pasta. I chose hot black tea for my drink. It had a light color but a fragrant taste. The sofas, sugar containers, and everything else had a unified and lovely feel. The cool and chic atmosphere was nice.

Daily pasta lunch. The initial salad was mediocre, giving a bad feeling. The bread was average. The oil pasta with shirasu (baby sardines) and cabbage was also just okay. It lacked depth in flavor, no matter how much I mixed it. It wasn't bad, just not great. In cases like this, there's a rule and a change in approach. I decided to eat the bread by dipping it in the pasta sauce and savoring it. Delicious! That's it, that's the way. Professional European cuisine is like that. Satisfied. The atmosphere is mature and cozy, I will definitely visit again.

All the dishes were delicious. Among them, the pasta with miso cream sauce was incredibly tasty. I want to try making it at home, but... The staff were friendly and talking to them made me happy.

I made a reservation and when more customers arrived, they were turned away. The food was all delicious. However, the portions are small so it might get expensive for big eaters. It would be better if the male owner had a bit more hospitality.

The customer service was really terrible. The atmosphere and food in the restaurant were okay, but I will never go back because of the poor service. There were three staff members, and the female staff seemed to not remember the dishes at all, repeatedly coming to confirm orders like "What was the ham dish?" or "Which pasta was it?" The male staff tried to clear dishes even when there was still food left, and even brought out plates and chopsticks without checking if we were done ordering. It was over an hour until last order, but there was no sign of them bringing new chopsticks. The man who seemed to be the manager had no hospitality at all and didn't say anything to the staff who couldn't take orders properly or the staff who brought out chopsticks too early. It was really unpleasant. It was a Friday night, but it's no wonder there were hardly any other customers.

We ordered various dishes and the food and drinks were delicious. We will definitely go back soon with our family.
