For dinner, I went to Kameoka Oushou with my wife and our daughter who is learning to drive. The restaurant is always crowded, but we don't mind waiting a bit because the food is delicious. Today was no exception, but we waited and finally got in. The food is so good that it's worth the wait. The beer is cheap, and the staff are all very friendly. That's why we keep coming back. Great value for money!

Japan delicious food journey. November 2020. No.1055. Number of reviews 1185. I visited this restaurant located along Route 9. I had "Oushou Ramen" for 480 yen and "Tenshinhan" for 440 yen. You can't go wrong with Oushou for a hearty meal at a reasonable price. Even among the same Oushou chain, the taste can vary slightly. Oushou Ramen is simple but at this price, the taste is unbeatable. As for the Tenshinhan, I wish it had a bit more fluffy egg. Despite being very hungry, I ended up really full. Good value for money. Thank you for the meal.

On a regular Tuesday at 11:00, the customer was seated at the counter as it was not full, and there were surprisingly many elderly customers. They ordered the "Tianjin noodles" for ¥561 tax included and the "fried rice" for ¥432 tax included, totaling ¥993 tax included. The dishes arrived within 5 minutes. The "fried rice" was decent, and the "Tianjin noodles" were delicious with a rich flavor. It was the best "Tianjin noodles" they've had at this restaurant. They noticed that many other customers were ordering the "chanpon" dish. They wonder if the "chanpon" here is also tasty. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

When my family visited Kameoka, we went to Ousho. This time, I decided to try the Gokou Chahan instead of the regular fried rice. I tried it, but to be honest, it was a bit too salty for my taste. I usually don't like to be critical in my reviews, but as a fan of Ousho, I think it would be more popular if they toned down the saltiness a bit. Everyone has different preferences, so there may be mixed opinions, but please consider it.
