Stopped by on a tour. I saw it featured on a TV show so I decided to check it out on my way back. It was a bit off the beaten path, even though I had passed by it before. I bought some tofu, Rokko-age (fried tofu), and foamy soy sauce, among a few other items. I also tried some tofu sweets - mitarashi flavor and peach flavor. The mitarashi flavor was delicious. The tofu had a subtle sweetness to it. The combination of black syrup and kinako (soybean flour) was quite nice. In total, it cost me 2,750 yen. Buying the tofu in a set of three was a good deal.

When I tried to eat on the spot, they kindly brought out salt and foamy soy sauce. Most importantly, the food was rich and delicious! We stopped by on our way down from Hangetsuyama after hiking!
