Located along Prefectural Route 176 in Fukuchiyama, this family restaurant called Sato offers a variety of Japanese cuisine, with a focus on hot pot dishes like shabu-shabu and sukiyaki. The restaurant is a roadside establishment with its own parking lot and a decent amount of space. Customers can place their orders using a tablet, although verbal orders are also accepted. One of their popular dishes is the Roast Beef Donburi, which features a bowl of rice topped with slices of roast beef and a poached egg in the center. The poached egg is not completely raw, as it is deemed unhygienic to serve completely uncooked eggs. The dish is served with diced onions and green onions as condiments, and the poached egg is meant to be broken and mixed into a sauce. The roast beef is selected for its tenderness and melts in your mouth. The portion size is satisfying and offers a good amount of food to enjoy.

I used it for lunch on a regular day. You order using a tablet at your table, but if you're not comfortable with that, you can also order verbally. You help yourself to water, wet towels, and toothpicks. The menu is extensive, with options ranging from regular lunch items to shabu-shabu, so you can enjoy a variety of dishes. There are also tatami rooms in the back of the restaurant, making it suitable for those with small children or babies.

I went to an all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu restaurant (´^ω^｀) for 2000 yen, you can eat as much as you want for 120 minutes. You can choose from two types of broth, tomato broth and kelp broth. The staff brought a basic assortment of pork, beef, chicken, and vegetables. Let's start shabu-shabu♪ It's delicious (^▽^) I ordered additional beef, chicken meatballs, vegetables, rice cakes, white konjac, and noodles like crazy ★ My stomach was about to burst~! The staff was friendly and left a good impression o(^o^)o Finally, in addition to the all-you-can-eat, I had a matcha parfait which was delicious.
