It was a visit on the opening day of the shop. The shop is located in a corner of a cafe that opened at the same time, offering baked sweets and bread. Although it was originally supposed to be a take-out only shop, because it is attached to a cafe, you can also eat in (*^^*) I purchased the Angel Biscuit for 180 yen and the Cereal for 150 yen. The Angel Biscuit is shaped like the logo of the shop, which looks like an angel if there is white space around the logo like the stickers on the signboard and other sweets. However, when it is cut out, it looks like a goldfish (*´艸`*) I noticed that it was harder and more crumbly than I expected when I tasted it. When I looked at the seal on the bag, I realized that this biscuit was made from rice flour. I mistakenly thought it was wheat flour and even domestic rice flour because it was written as "domestic rice flour" (sweat) I briefly thought "Cereal" was "Serial," but then quickly understood that it meant cereal. I have often snacked on cereal as a treat, but turning cereal into a snack is quite a good idea (*^^*) Unlike the Angel Biscuit, there was no discomfort in eating the cereal once I knew what it was, but I just ate it normally thinking "Oh, it's cereal" w I didn't have much time this time, so I didn't eat in, but it might be nice to buy sweets or bread here and relax in the cafe corner (*^^*)
