2015/11 I visited to buy cheesecake, but guess what! Starting from December, they will offer eat-in service! I received a flyer with the information, so I took a picture of it. There were tables and chairs in a corner of the store. Good luck, owner! ★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆
2015/08 I went back to buy cheesecake as a gift for a friend. This time, there were seven different types of cheesecake lined up. I was hoping to buy the chocolate cookie that was a sample last time, but unfortunately, it was not available. When I paid for the cheesecake, the owner asked me to wait for a moment and went into the kitchen. He came back with some baked goods, put them in a bag without saying anything, and handed them to me... (laughs) His awkwardness or shyness somehow makes me like him. I finally gathered the courage to ask about the chocolate cookie. He mentioned that others have also asked for it, but due to the hot weather, he's a bit hesitant. However, he seemed pleased when I insisted on how delicious it was and encouraged him to make it a regular item. The complimentary baked goods were cube-shaped, slightly firmer than financiers, probably with coconut, but they were delicious! I didn't get an explanation, so I can't say for sure, but they were tasty! I will definitely come back.
2015/08 I came across this shop that I often pass by. I checked it on Tabelog and found out it has been around for over a year. I didn't notice it before. So, I went there right away. When I entered through the red and green doors, I found a slightly plain and barren interior. There was a glass-enclosed workshop where a craftsman was working. He didn't seem to notice me. I thought I would ring the bell later since I wanted to take my time choosing, but he noticed me. He greeted me and offered freshly made pudding. Some previous reviews mentioned that the pudding was delicious, so I decided to try it as well. As I looked at the showcase, there were plenty of cheesecakes, about five types. They also had baked goods. When I asked for recommendations for cheesecake, he said tastes differ, which was true! I purchased the following items: Baked cheesecake 320 yen, White cheesecake rare 380 yen, Pudding 250 yen, Sample chocolate-flavored cookie 20 yen. The common factor among all of them was the straightforward taste. Although not exceptional, the owner's sincere and earnest nature was reflected in the desserts. The baked cheesecake could have been a bit richer, but it was very easy to eat, not too sweet, and had a smooth texture. The rare cheesecake had an interesting texture between the sponge and cheese parts. It was also smooth, mildly sweet, and light. The pudding had a nostalgic taste, with a smooth texture. The sample cookie was moist and had a balanced sweetness, with a hint of chocolate. I quite liked this cookie. I hope they start selling it regularly instead of as a sample. It seems like the owner is managing the shop alone and may be a bit inexperienced or awkward, but the flavors were quite good in my opinion. I would like to revisit to try a different cheesecake. Thank you for the meal.
