Chiffon cake specialty store opened on November 10 in a residential area of Asahikawa City. The business hours are quite tight. Open only on Thursdays at 11:00 am and will close once sold out. Arrived 5 minutes before opening, there were 5 customers ahead and many more behind. On this day, they had 4 flavors: "Hokkaido Milk," "Uji Matcha," "Baked Sweet Potato," and "Choco Banana." Since the chance to buy is limited, I decided to buy all 4 flavors. I shared and tried all the flavors. The texture was very fluffy and soft, a pretty high-quality chiffon cake in my opinion! "Baked Sweet Potato" (270 yen) - Quite sweet, you can directly taste the flavor of baked sweet potato. It seems to contain black sesame. It's hard to describe, but it's like a chiffon cake version of sweet potato dessert. "Uji Matcha" (270 yen) - Deep and rich matcha flavor. The sweetness is a bit mild. "Choco Banana" (300 yen) - All flavors were delicious, but this was my favorite. When you open the package, you can smell the nice banana scent. The chocolate used is finely ground and slightly bitter. It goes really well with the banana. "Hokkaido Milk" (250 yen) - The most plain type. It has a strong milk flavor. Being the plain type, I could feel the fluffiness the most. The female owner has a nice attitude, which I appreciate. They have a lot of detailed information on Instagram, so I recommend checking it out. It's delicious, so I would definitely recommend it, but I wish they had more operating days...
