Menu: Lunch Bamboo for 1,026 yen
I visited the restaurant again after learning about their lunch menu during my previous visit.
- Food:
- Lunch Bamboo: A set including tuna, squid, shrimp, squid legs, egg, sea urchin, octopus, fresh rolled sushi, mackerel roll, tofu miso soup, chawanmushi, clear soup (seaweed and cucumber), dessert (almond jelly, etc). Chawanmushi was mediocre, dessert was average. The clear soup was also just okay. I felt that opting for the Plum set at 820 yen would have been sufficient without the chawanmushi and dessert.
- Fatty Salmon: Expensive but the fish was thick and delicious. Personally, I think the regular salmon (260 yen) would be better for the price.
- Price (Cost Performance): Lunch Bamboo fills you up but the non-sushi items were not impressive.
Overall, if you're going to order Lunch Bamboo, it might be better to go for the Plum Lunch and add individual items as needed.

Menu: Various individual sushi orders
I decided to try out a nearby high-end revolving sushi restaurant due to some extra income. The first stop was Nigiri Chojiro.
- Food:
- Tuna Trio: A set of fatty tuna, medium fatty tuna, and lean tuna. The portions were smaller compared to ordering individually but the quality was top-notch. It is on the pricier side.
- Scallop: Large and delicious. It felt like having two pieces of the fair live scallop from Sushiro (180 yen each), which was just right.
- Spear Squid: Sweet and tasty, easy to chew. Slightly on the expensive side.
- Yellowtail: Fresher and thicker than Sushiro's yellowtail, but felt a bit overpriced.
- Salmon: Large, thick, and flavorful. The price is high but reasonable.
- Price (Cost Performance): Tuna, salmon, and scallop are worth the price, but yellowtail did not feel worth the cost.
- Access & Exterior Environment: Parking available for several cars, including a shared space with Tsutaya, making it convenient for families.
- Wait Time, Service, Interior Environment: Short wait times on weekdays, but some wait on weekends. Ordering directly from the staff or chefs can be challenging due to limited staff.
Overall, while the prices are over three times that of Sushiro, the quality justifies the cost.
