Taste: Very delicious. The tapas platter and paella were tasty. Atmosphere: Nice vibe. Overall, there is a sense of attention to detail. The chairs were a bit hard which was a downside. Also, the storage for belongings was small. Cost performance: Very good. However, it's not necessarily cheap.

Located a short walk from Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit, our restaurant faces the road leading to Toji Temple. The weather was nice so we decided to dine outside. We started with a beer. The menu offered a variety of tapas. For those used to eating bar food at casual izakayas, every item on the menu seemed like a perfect snack. We enjoyed the pickled sardines and the tapas assortment. The small portions were just right. While we usually frequent the areas of Shijo and Kiyamachi, this area was also quite charming. However, the taste was really average. With just this and soft drinks, it cost over 9000 yen for two people. I don't think I will come back again.

I made a reservation for Saturday at 5:30 PM and the restaurant was fully booked. I ordered broccoli fries, carpaccio, avocado salad, trihas, white wine, and hot wine. The hot wine had a strong cinnamon aroma, but I wish it was a bit warmer. It was a bit cold, so it would have been even better if it was a bit warmer.

Reserved for dinner in December 2022. Arrived at the counter, but the timing was late and couldn't make a reservation elsewhere. Ended up going to my favorite Spanish bar. Started with a draft beer for 590 yen plus tax. Took a high-speed bus for 2 hours, although it felt longer. I wanted to arrive earlier, but couldn't. I had already decided what tapas to order in advance. Ordered the daily tortilla for 300 yen plus tax, which had whitebait in it. Also ordered the seafood salpicon for 450 yen plus tax, which was beautifully presented and delicious. I was contemplating which aioli to order, and then I found a limited menu item - oyster aioli for 1,250 yen plus tax. As a fan of oysters, I was delighted and ordered it immediately. They asked separately for bread, and I requested 2 pieces. The bread was indeed large, so 2 pieces were just right. I was recommended the Mao Lager beer in a can, but I preferred the bottled Mao Lager for 730 yen plus tax. Last order was at 9:30 pm, and I hesitated because it seemed like the last call for hot dishes. Even after that, the place got crowded with customers. I wanted to try the hormone stew, but my stomach wasn't up for it. Instead, I ordered the sand liver confit for 350 yen plus tax, which had good reviews, along with Spanish ham for 680 yen plus tax. I also tried the Mao Dunkel for 800 yen plus tax, a dark beer. I was already full, so I couldn't finish with paella as I had hoped. They didn't serve it in individual portions, so I gave up. A satisfying meal. The staff were friendly, and it's a popular spot. It's close to Kujo Station and also convenient from the station.

I stopped by after enjoying the light-up at Toji Temple. They had outdoor seating, so I ate outside as a COVID-19 precaution. The menu mainly consists of tapas, with paella also available. This time, I tried the noodle version of paella for the first time. It was a strange noodle that was like yakisoba or pasta... Overall, the flavors were good, but there wasn't anything that stood out, so I would rate it a 3. The oyster aioli was delicious. It's a shame there was only one type of tapas. It would be nice if they had a few more options for drinks. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere.

Despite the summer heat, the rooftop was pleasantly breezy (о＾∇＾о) with a great view of Kyoto Tower and Toji Temple❤️ This place has an interesting system where you can order from any shop in the building, but the main focus is on this particular shop. For this visit... you can help yourself to drinks from the rooftop fridge (lol) with a variety of beers, wines, and more❗・Jumbo mushroom ajillo・Paella・Assorted homemade ham・French breadIn terms of taste... the jumbo mushroom ajillo was bursting with flavorﾟ+｡:.ﾟ(*ﾟДﾟ*)ﾟ.:｡+ﾟ The paella was also deliciousヾ(≧∀≦*)ﾉ〃 Among the homemade hams, the spicy salami was a crowd favorite‼️Overall... as the evening approached, the beautiful Kyoto cityscape became enchanting, and we had a fun time‼️(*＾3＾)/～☆

I found a wonderful Spanish restaurant near Kyoto Station. I was in Kyoto for work that day, but decided to have a drink here with a senior colleague from the company. The restaurant has a nice, open feel with a woody interior and a view of the inside through glass. It has a stylish Spanish bar vibe. The place was bustling, almost full on a Tuesday. We sat at the counter. The owner seemed friendly and there was a foreign chef in the back, skillfully preparing dish after dish. We started with a toast with beer and ordered some dishes. The Pan con Tomate was interesting and delicious, where you rub fresh tomato and garlic on bread with salt. The huge Mushroom Ahijo was impressive and tasty with anchovies on top. The Spanish-style Tortilla was fluffy and gentle. The Venison Plancha was delicious and easy to eat. The Seafood Paella was authentic and full of flavor. Overall, it was a great experience with delicious food, and I would love to visit again if I'm in the area. Thank you for the meal!

I used this restaurant for the first time, and the atmosphere was nice. The staff were friendly and there were 8 types of sake available, with the staff explaining each one. If you try all 8 types, they offer a special sake for free. I chose recommended dishes and a variety of tapas. The octopus was fresh and delicious. I tried the fried lamb and Galician chestnut pork steak, which was surprisingly sweet. The Kyoto vegetable salad was generous and I loved the raw mushrooms. I would definitely visit this restaurant again when I go to Kyoto, and next time I will try the paella.

The customer base seemed to be more mature than younger, creating a casual yet calm atmosphere where we could enjoy drinks and food. The draft beer was excellent, poured perfectly. All the dishes were satisfying in taste. Particularly, the garlic shrimp, assorted appetizers, and cutlets received high praise from the food enthusiasts at the table. The wine selection leaned towards lighter options, but we ended up opening three bottles. This branch seems to be affiliated with a restaurant in Gojo, but the location near Kyoto Station is convenient. I would definitely like to visit again.

I use this restaurant almost every month. They serve sophisticated and delicious Spanish cuisine with a focus on Kyoto vegetables and seafood from the Sea of Japan. The wine is reasonably priced and delicious. They also have a selection of carefully chosen Japanese sake. It's a small, chic restaurant in a back alley in the suburbs of Madrid. The service is efficient and the staff are friendly.

I have used their delivery service 4-5 times. Amidst the limited dining options during the pandemic, Aburamosu's delivery service was a lifesaver. Their paella is absolutely delicious. It is packed with the umami flavor of seafood, and the rice is cooked perfectly. Their various tapas dishes are all tasty and pair well with wine. If the delivery is this delicious, I can only imagine how much better it would taste fresh at the restaurant. It is conveniently located near Kyoto Station, making it a great option for tourists staying in nearby hotels. Good restaurants near Kyoto Station are rare, and one usually has to go to Shijo area, so this place is truly a gem. The prices are very reasonable, offering great value for money. I believe they could charge more and it would still be worth it. Spanish cuisine is best enjoyed in a lively atmosphere, and the fact that they offer it at this price is wonderful. I definitely want to visit their physical restaurant in the future.
