I am a man who loves black short-sleeve T-shirts, so I wear them for everything - casual wear, pajamas, and even work clothes, all black short-sleeve T-shirts. I woke up in the morning and didn't bother changing, just stayed in my black T-shirt pajamas, which are a bit faded and worn out. I ended up at Kyoto Station, surrounded by foreign tourists all dressed up nicely. Luckily, I didn't run into anyone I knew, just transferred trains at Kintetsu Kashihara Jingumae Station. I found a local chain coffee shop called Mornings in Kyoto, which serves specialty coffee. The entrance was a bit hard to find, as it was on the first floor of a hotel (half underground). The shop was spacious and stylish, with almost zero customers except for some remnants of morning guests. I ordered an Americano for 490 yen (tax included) since specialty coffee wasn't on the menu. Despite that, the coffee was surprisingly good, made with quality beans. The shop started with a few customers, mostly Western travelers, but I ended up having the place to myself. It was like having a private cafe in Kyoto, a hidden gem. The staff probably wondered who I was, but I enjoyed being able to give a real-time review. Overall, it was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

After enjoying sushi, one of the members wanted something sweet, so we came to Unir. The shop is located on the basement floor of a hotel. We decided to share three seasonal parfaits. We also had gelato, espresso, and Americano. The parfaits were filled with seasonal fruits and had a good amount of volume. The taste of the coffee and gelato was also quite good. We ended up staying for a while, surrounded by older customers. The shop is open all day, so there was a constant flow of customers. I would like to revisit soon to try the ultimate omelette from their morning menu.

I visited for an early lunch on a holiday. The location of the restaurant is slightly off the main street, so it's not easily visible from the outside, which may be why it was surprisingly empty. You can access it directly from the hotel lounge floor, so there seems to be some hotel guests using it, but more than half of the customers seem to come in from outside. I had been curious about the Macaroni & Cheese Burger for a while, so I finally got to try it! (I asked for extra ketchup) Despite the buns being fluffy, they were still chewy, and the patty was light because it was chicken. I hesitated a bit because of the combination of carbs x carbs x carbs with the fries, but it was the right decision to eat it. The volume and taste were just as I had imagined, and it seemed like the size of the patty and burger were adjusted so as not to cause stomach discomfort afterwards. I was happy with the taste I was looking for. If I ever feel like having a hearty burger again, I would like to come back here!
I've always been curious about this shop every time I pass by. The fact that they open early in the morning is really great for morning people like me. My companion ordered the Clock Madame while I was drawn to the Ultimate Egg Omelette Set. The omelette set takes about 20 minutes to make as they prepare it upon ordering (although it was served faster since it wasn't crowded in the early morning). The Ultimate Egg Omelette Set includes an omelette bowl, white miso soup (with yuba and cotton tofu), mentaiko, foamy soy sauce, eel, and Japanese tea. Each ingredient was carefully selected, and following the recommended way to eat each item made the meal even more delicious. Although I couldn't eat the egg omelette with rice, it was still delicious. The foamy soy sauce was very flavorful and paired perfectly with the omelette. The white miso soup was tasty with plenty of yuba and cotton tofu. The coffee of the day was from Ethiopia, which was easy to drink and delicious at first, but became a bit acidic when it cooled down. The restaurant is open from 7:00 to 21:30 every day and only accepts reservations for takeout. They also accept electronic payments. Thank you for the meal!

Kyoto Station front tends to be crowded with cafe refugees. You can always find a seat here. They offer a variety of items like manju and gelato. You pay at the counter, receive a buzzer, and secure your seat. They have drinks for around 500 yen, so it's a good place to relax with friends. The building also houses a hotel, so I would like to stay here sometime.

I got a café latte to go. It has a rich flavor and aroma, very delicious. The café is located on the first floor of the hotel and has a hidden gem vibe since it's not easily visible from outside. It's not crowded, so it's a great place to relax. It seems like a convenient place for meetings as well. They offer coffee and gelato for takeout, and inside the café, you can also enjoy parfaits.

Unir Kyoto branch
This review is also available on YouTube under the channel "mog and mog". Please search for it.
After having your temperature checked, you can place your order at the register.
There was one family and two single male customers when I visited.
There are several tables for 2 or 4 people, spaced out nicely so you can relax.
They offer a limited ultimate egg dish set for breakfast at 1,600 yen, using free-range eggs from Kyoto Miyama. It takes about 15 minutes to prepare.
The appearance of the dashimaki tamago is quite impressive.
I like this kind of traditional Japanese breakfast, so I couldn't resist ordering it.
It comes with a bit of eel, and you can enjoy changing the flavors.
It was a unique and enjoyable breakfast experience.
There are also hotel guests, but it's not crowded on weekdays.
You can also visit for dinner, and they offer parfaits as well, so it's a versatile place.
I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal.

There were 3 groups of customers when I arrived.
I tried the Morning Set with a melty croque-monsieur for 850 yen.
When your buzzer goes off, you can go pick up your order.
The croque-monsieur plate comes with vegetables on the side.
The salad has a dressing with a subtle sweetness that brings out the flavor of the vegetables.
The croque-monsieur is cut into 3 pieces for easy eating.
The crispy texture of the Campagne bread from Kyoto Shinshindo, along with the flavors of bacon and cheese, is very delicious.
Since it's rich in cheese, you might worry about the saltiness, but it surprisingly balances well with the delicious coffee.
The coffee is still satisfying even without milk, making it a high satisfaction drink.
The original cup design is cute and comforting.
Thank you for the meal.

In the early morning, the smell of freshly brewed coffee is refreshing and pleasant even before the store opens. While it's common for coffee shops to offer breakfast items like bread, salad, and ham, this particular place also serves a Japanese set meal. The ultimate dish is a fluffy omelette over rice, with options to add cod roe, eel, and condiments. The rice is from Milky Queen and the eggs are from free-range chickens in Kyoto. The omelette itself is light and delicious, perfectly complementing the coffee. It's a unique find to enjoy a Japanese breakfast at a coffee shop.

I was looking forward to enjoying coffee at Uniru. I had a sweets time in the free time in the evening - I wanted to eat a parfait, but there were only 2 out of 4 types available - Uniru Kyoto store limited espresso and gelato with shiratama-fu are included in the parfait♪ Kyoto milk is recommended, so I enjoyed it with lemon added - refreshing and delicious with a milky sweetness like nectar - There is craft beer like Yona Yona, so even if you're not a sweet tooth, it's not a problem!

On March 6, 2021, I had lunch at the newly opened cafe inside the Hotel "Hotel androoms Kyoto Shichijo" before checking in. I ordered the Fukudome Kobayashi Farm Pork hamburger set for 1,480 yen and the special demi-glace sauce sausage bowl for 820 yen. The hamburger was small, about 10 cm in diameter, so I also ordered the sausage bowl because it wasn't enough.

In Kyoto, I had a morning set with a colorful vegetable salad plate including two slices of Campanile bread, colorful salad, pork pastrami, and tonnato sauce. It came with coffee butter and a drink for 850 yen. I initially thought it was a bit pricey for a morning set, but I was quite satisfied as it included specialty coffee and Campanile bread. The tonnato sauce was like tuna mayo, and the coffee butter added a nice touch. The coffee that day was a blend called Unir, which had a fruity aftertaste that I really enjoyed. The restaurant is located in Fushimi, Nagoya, so I would like to visit again sometime.

At Hotel and Rooms Kyoto Shichijo, located on Shichijo Street, there is a sign for Unir! A spacious cafe has opened in the basement. Unir is known for its delicious coffee, but their gelato is also tasty. We enjoyed a relaxing time there. The food also looked delicious, so we plan to visit for lunch next time.

I found out about this shop from the handwritten sign at Daigaku bookstore before. I visited the shop again. It's a bit far from the station, but it's relatively quiet, which is attractive. This time, I had a drink and gelato. It's not a one-order per person system, but a one-drink system, which is tough for someone like me who wants to eat a lot of gelato. I chose the cheapest drink. For gelato, I had amaou and another flavor for an additional fee. This time, I had a combination of amaou and milk. Amaou is sour, but it was nicely balanced by the sweetness of the milk. I thought there was only UCC gelato inside Isetan near Kyoto Station, so it was a great discovery.

Cafe located on the first floor of Hotel And Rooms Kyoto Shichijo, just a 5-minute walk from Kyoto Station. Open from 7 am to 9:30 pm, with Free WiFi available. The cafe has a stylish exterior but also a traditional Kyoto townhouse feel inside. The staff are friendly and attentive, with safety measures in place. They offer specialty coffee, gelato, and even craft beer. I ordered the colorful vegetable salad morning plate set for 850 yen, which came with bread, salad, pork pastrami, tuna sauce, coffee butter, and a drink. The coffee was delicious, and the food was fresh and well-presented. The cafe was simple and clean, with many tables available. Overall, a satisfying and enjoyable experience.

The vegetable salad was delicious and sweet, providing a good amount of veggies. The bread was also tasty. We left feeling very satisfied and full from the morning meal.■Bloghttps://ay-style.net/

I knew that there was a store in Hankyu Department Store, but I didn't know there was one near Kyoto Station. I found out about it when I saw a sign in the coffee book corner of Daikoku Shoten inside Yodobashi Camera. The location is convenient, so I went there right away. The cafe on the first floor of the hotel space was not crowded, considering its proximity to the station. They offer lunch and sweets too. I had a cafe latte, which was easy to drink even for someone like me who isn't a fan of coffee. The water cups were cute too. There was a sign on the wall mentioning that they serve parfaits only at night, so I'm curious about going back in the evening.

I stayed on a regular day. There were no reviews or ratings on Tabelog at the time of my visit. I made a reservation through Rakuten Travel for around 6,000 yen including breakfast. It's less than 10 minutes from Kyoto Station. There's a convenience store next door and many restaurants around, so it's convenient. I stayed in a twin room, and during the pandemic, I was able to use the spacious public bath. For breakfast, you can choose from three options at the cafe on the 1st floor or take it out. I chose the Morning Set with a melty croque-monsieur. It was a satisfying breakfast set with plenty of bacon, cheese, and white sauce on a Kampani from Shinshindo. The colorful salad made with Kyoto vegetables was also great. The hotel staff was casual and quite cute. I would like to make this hotel my regular stay when I visit Kyoto. That's all, Osomatsu!

I ordered the "Ultimate Tamagoyaki Set" morning set, which includes Kyoto Miyama-raised free-range chicken eggs, Tsukemono rice, Milky Queen miso soup, and various condiments. I visited a place in Kyoto that offers morning sets and fell in love with this one at first sight. The main dish is a fluffy tamagoyaki with rice hidden underneath. The menu conveys the shop's attention to detail and recommendations. By combining the tamagoyaki with condiments, I was able to enjoy it multiple times. The tamagoyaki is fluffy and gentle in both texture and flavor. It has a subtle taste of dashi without much saltiness. The foamy soy sauce was new to me, with a gentle saltiness and a hint of soy sauce aroma for flavor variation. I also enjoyed the luxury of having mentaiko and eel in the morning. I was particularly impressed by the deliciousness of the miso soup, especially the white miso. It made me feel warm inside. The soft tofu and yuba were very soothing. I may need to save money after indulging in such luxury in the morning, but I think it was a good experience as these special morning sets are hard to come by. Thank you for the meal!
