This is a newly opened restaurant that opened on September 23rd, and they are open all day, so I visited before 3pm to avoid the lunchtime crowd. The interior of the new store is beautiful, and I sat at the counter and looked at the menu. I ordered the "Hamburg Steak Set" (1,800 yen), which comes with three 60g hamburg steaks, rice, miso soup with plenty of seaweed and green onions, and a raw egg. The hamburg steaks are served rare, with the outer part grilled and the inside still pink. They are served on a hot iron plate, and each steak can be enjoyed with different toppings like sukiyaki sauce, garlic soy sauce, shariapin, seaweed salt with wasabi, and spicy oil. All the toppings are delicious, but my favorite is the seaweed salt with wasabi. The second steak is enjoyed with grated daikon radish and ponzu sauce, and I added some leftover seaweed salt on top. For the third steak, I placed it on top of rice, added wasabi, poured on the dashi broth, and enjoyed it as a rice bowl. The hamburg steaks are made with coarsely ground meat, so the meat flavor is rich. The portion size might be a bit small for some men, but the rice is refillable for free, and there are various toppings like fried garlic, spicy oil, meat furikake, and pickles, which can be combined in different ways for a fun dining experience.

The owner chef of the difficult-to-reserve restaurant Crosam Morita, Mr. Morita, has opened a new hamburger restaurant called Rokkakai Blender near Kyoto City Hall Station. The restaurant operates on a membership-only and reservation-only basis. I visited on the opening day and ordered the premium hamburger set, which features a 120g Moritanaka beef hamburger. The dish was served rare, allowing customers to cook it further on a hot plate to their liking. Various condiments were provided on the table, including sukiyaki sauce, shariapin, seaweed salt, and wasabi rice. The rice served at the restaurant is a special A-grade Tanba rice, which is exceptionally delicious. Additionally, the meat potato salad on the menu caught my attention, and I look forward to trying it on my next visit.

I've been curious about this restaurant for a while. It's similar to "Ground Meat Mania" in Osaka Honmachi, but they grill the meat on a charcoal fire here. Since it was the middle day of a three-day weekend, I made a reservation to go, but there was only one other group there. Thanks to that, we were able to enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace. The hamburg steak was delicious as expected, but the rice was also delicious! I definitely want to visit again.

This time, I visited the hamburger specialty shop "Rokkakai Blender" in Kyoto. I ordered the Hamburger Set Meal for 1800 yen. The set meal includes three hamburgers that can be enjoyed in different ways. When the dish arrived, there was a paper on the tray explaining the delicious ways to eat the hamburgers and the different sauces available. It was fun to read while waiting. For the first hamburger, you can choose from four different sauces: sukiyaki sauce, garlic soy sauce, shariapin sauce, and seaweed salt & wasabi. I personally loved the wasabi sauce, it was really delicious. The second hamburger is served with grated daikon radish, which paired perfectly with the juicy hamburger. The third hamburger is like hitsumabushi, where you pour dashi broth over the rice. It was a unique and tasty way to enjoy the hamburger. The side dishes were also delicious, and I found myself asking for extra rice to enjoy with the remaining sauces. Overall, the hamburgers were flavorful and the rice was so good that I couldn't stop eating. The side dishes were also so tasty that I could have eaten more rice even after finishing the hamburgers.

Located near Kawaramachi in Kyoto, Rokkakai Blender offers a new concept hamburger restaurant experience! This time, I tried the hamburger set meal. It included rice, miso soup, raw egg dipping sauces in three flavors, and three 60g hamburgers. They also provided dashi for the final hittsumabushi dish. You could have unlimited rice and miso soup refills, and all the side dishes were also all-you-can-eat. The first bite was simple with just salt to savor the meat's flavor, then I tried each sauce with the next few bites. The shariapin and garlic soy sauces were perfect with both the hamburgers and rice, making it so enjoyable to eat! I cut the hamburgers into small pieces to savor each bite and kept changing the flavors. Even though I'm usually a light eater, I couldn't resist having seconds. When I mentioned this to the staff, they laughed and said many customers do the same. The sukiyaki sauce was delicious, especially when dipped in egg, giving it a sukiyaki-like taste. Finally, I enjoyed the hittsumabushi, which was light on the stomach even after eating meat. The broth was gentle and I finished it all in no time. Any leftover eggs can be made into tamago kake gohan or egg omelette, but I opted for the latter. Each dish was enjoyable, and I felt truly happy and satisfied.
