Starting from September 21st, Aquille's new pancake, the Sweet Flower Pancake, has been introduced. This pancake was previously offered during the winter season as the Sweet Flower Berry Pancake with grapes. The grapes used in this version are Nagano Purple. The pancake has a soft and fluffy texture, with a decorative flower on top. It is adorned with custard cream, Nagano Purple grapes, and condensed milk cream. When cut, you will find a refreshing grape sherbet inside. The sweet and fresh Nagano Purple grapes are exquisite. The accompanying grape sauce is not only sweet but also has a rich aroma, providing a mature flavor profile.

It's best to make a reservation as it was crowded. I ordered the Banana Caramel Pancakes (topped with whipped cream and ice cream). The pancakes were thick like castella and very satisfying to eat. Even though I was hungry, I felt quite full after eating one and a half pancakes, so I think it's better not to order two. It was delicious and the atmosphere was cute.

I love the pancakes here and I often come here! It's recommended to make a reservation because there is always a line. I usually get the Triple Cheese Pancakes, but this time I decided to try the Baked Marshmallow Pancakes that I had been curious about. I thought it might be too sweet, but it was actually delicious with a buttery and slightly salty flavor. The crispy pancake with the gooey marshmallow was amazing. I felt so happy and satisfied! One thing I always notice is that they don't serve water right away, so I always have to ask for it while waiting for my food. It would be nice if they could bring it with the utensils when you sit down. Also, I didn't realize at first, but the ice cream that usually comes with the pancakes was missing, so the staff kindly brought it in a small pot for me. I hadn't noticed, so I felt bad, but they were very understanding. Seasonal limited Muscat pancake is delicious! I ordered the Muscat pancake that has been limited since September. The pancake itself has a quite dense texture. However, when you eat it with Muscat and ice cream, it's delicious! The demi-glace sauce omelette rice that I also ordered is recommended, with plenty of fluffy eggs.

The interior was like a fairy tale country with many picturesque spots. Everyone was taking a lot of pictures. I made a reservation for a course on a holiday night and visited the restaurant. For 2500 yen, you get a salad, pasta, pancakes, and a drink! You can choose from 2 types of salads and pastas, and for pancakes, you can choose from most of the menu. The pasta was chewy and the pancakes were not too heavy, with a refreshing cream, so I thought I might not be able to finish it, but it was very easy to eat. And best of all, there is no time limit and you can have unlimited refills of coffee and tea♩ I had a meaningful time chatting with my friends and the staff were all kind. It's a lovely restaurant.

The quantity is large, so the all-you-can-drink option seems better. The afternoon tea this time featured Shine Muscat grapes. Unlike last time on the 1st floor, this time it was on the 2nd floor. The seating for 2 people is a bit cramped, but the atmosphere is relaxed. Everything was consistently delicious. The Shine Muscat grapes were served in bite-sized portions on the top tier. It was a great way to enjoy the autumn season. The pancakes were served at room temperature and more like baked goods, so personally I might prefer ordering omurice and pancakes for lunch.

Today, I came to Ebisu with my friends. Our goal was to visit a popular cafe known for its peach pancakes. It's a must-visit during peach season. I ordered the Peach and Earl Grey Pancakes from the Summer menu, which uses about 1.5 peaches and comes with peach mousse, Earl Grey semifreddo, peach sauce, and peach ice cream. The pancakes were as cute and delicious as they looked in the menu photos. The combination of peach and Earl Grey was surprisingly good, with a gentle sweetness and aroma that matched perfectly. The pancakes were fluffy and satisfying. I love peaches, so I was thrilled to have so much of them in this dish. I didn't know peach and Earl Grey went so well together. I'll definitely come back next year to have this dish again. The cafe's exterior and interior were cute, and we were able to stay for 2.5 hours and have a relaxing time chatting. They had a special event where if you eat all three types of sweet flower pancakes over three months, you get to eat the regular size strawberry berry pancake for free. The regular size pancake had a soft and fluffy texture, topped with three scoops of vanilla ice cream, a light whipped cream, fresh strawberries, strawberry compote, blueberries, and other berries.
