Hello, it's Yohee☆ This time, I would like to introduce a popular izakaya in Kyoto (>_<) It's called "Rokkaku Sakaba Chabuchabu" and it's located near Sanjo Station on the Keihan line☆ It's right in the middle of the bustling downtown area, so it's a very convenient location (^^) It can be difficult to find parking in the area, especially on weekends, and the parking fees can be a bit high. However, this place is open until early morning, so it's quite convenient in that sense (>_<) And the best part is that all dishes are only 300 yen each☆ The alcohol may be a bit light, but the food portions are generous. I was surprised by the size of dishes like chicken and teppanyaki for only 300 yen! You can get full on a budget here. It's often used for parties, so as long as you don't overlap with a rowdy group, you can have a relaxing time☆ Overall, depending on the timing, it's a great place to spend some quality time☆

The interior of the restaurant has changed over time, but the original low table area with zabuton cushions remains the same, which made me feel nostalgic. In addition to this drink, the main reason for this visit was the "Chiritori Nabe" (hotpot) - although the name was different here, it's the typical hotpot with vegetables, pork, and spicy soup served on a square iron plate. It's priced at around 400 yen per portion, making it very affordable even for two people. It's the perfect dish to have in the cold weather, and the other menu items are also delicious and reasonably priced. Overall, the taste, variety of menu options, atmosphere, and prices make this restaurant very satisfying.

I visited a bookmarked restaurant and was surprised to find that it was quite affordable! It's a casual izakaya other than Torikichi. Unlike Torikichi, they offer appetizers. The cabbage with sesame oil was especially delicious and I wish it was listed on the menu. We ordered fried chicken, tonpei-yaki, steamed chicken salad, stone bowl bibimbap, ochazuke, and octopus with wasabi. The steamed chicken salad and tonpei-yaki were a good portion for 300 yen. The fried chicken was decent for the price. The stone bowl bibimbap had more crispy rice than I expected, which was delicious! The only disappointment was the ochazuke, as it had a certain company's furikake on top. It would have been better if it was mixed in. Overall, I think it's a good value for the price. It's not bad at all!

If you plan ahead with coupons, you can drink here at a very reasonable price. I had a few drinks before coming here... and then indulged in some serious eating and drinking, I might have gone overboard (lol). I don't remember much, but they catered to my love for green onions by recommending bonito sashimi, pork dishes, and various items that go well with highballs. I like the casual atmosphere of chain izakayas, but I might come here when I want something a bit more relaxed... The place had a nice balance of openness and dim lighting, which I personally enjoyed. I'll definitely be back!
