The hamburg steak itself was best enjoyed without any sauce or seasoning. The meat was juicy but lacked a strong beef flavor. The soup bar offered four types of soup, including my favorite, the vichyssoise. I ended up having three bowls of it. Surprisingly, the white rice was delicious as well. Overall, I was satisfied with my meal this time, unlike my previous visit.

I came to Fushimi-ku, Kyoto for work. Since I had work starting at 1 pm, I decided to have lunch first. Unfortunately, the popular restaurant I wanted to try had a sold-out sign already. So, I turned around and came across another restaurant where I ended up having a steak lunch. It was a big chain restaurant that also has locations in southern Osaka. I ordered a steak and hamburger set in a bright and cheerful atmosphere. They had a self-service drink bar and soup bar, and you could choose from several sauces. The soup was delicious, so I had a second serving. Soon, my steak arrived sizzling. The meat was imported beef with a firm texture and low fat content, making it feel healthy. The special sauce they served was the most delicious. I also had a couple of drinks from the drink bar before heading to my afternoon work. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

There was a salad bar, and I went to "Steak Miyuki" that I was interested in around 11:30 on Sunday. The three major specialties of Steak Miyuki (2,690 yen), but I asked for the meat to be cooked medium. The steak didn't have a special feeling. The "Miyuki sauce" introduced on Kenmin Show is good on the Miyuki hamburger. The Miyuki hamburger lunch (450g) (2,390 yen) is a satisfying size and delicious. The lunch salad bar and drink bar set (730 yen) has a deep bowl-shaped plate for the salad bar. The salads are all made with different types of ingredients. There were five types of dressings available. The orange juice in the drink bar was Minute Maid, but I think it's definitely different... There is also cocoa.

Feeling: "Steak no Miya Kyoto Fushimi Store" Cut steak + Miya hamburger each 120g for 1760 yen. When I increased the amount of cut steak, it was just the right amount. For lunch, I enjoyed a complimentary corn soup, which I love. Both the cut steak and hamburger were cooked to a perfect medium rare. It was a delightful experience. ☺️

I often pass by this road here. I've seen the eye-catching signboard, but I've never been inside. Finally, I had the chance to go in. It was a little before 5 pm on the weekend, so it wasn't too crowded and I got a seat right away. Although I was curious about the steak, since it was my first time there, I decided to play it safe and ordered the "Miyabi Hamburg Full Set." The salad bar was average, nothing special, but the large salad bowl was nice because you could take a lot. However, it was disappointing that there were no fresh fruits. There were about 3 types of soup, which was nice. The drinks were similar to other places. The best part was the sauces! It was great that you could choose from various sauces. The main dish, the hamburger, was smaller than I expected at 150 grams. Is this the standard size for a family restaurant hamburger? The Miyabi special sauce that they put on it was delicious! I tried several sauces from the sauce bar, but in the end, the original sauce was the best. The hamburger itself had a good taste, without any unpleasant smell, and it was quite tasty for a family restaurant hamburger. I was quite satisfied with the taste. Next time, I'll try the steak!

Feeling betrayed by the long-time favorite restaurant, I decided to visit Steak Miyabi to see if it's still good. I wasn't planning on having steak here tonight, so I opted for curry instead. However, it turned out to be a special hamburger curry. The dessert menu now lists the chocolate parfait as the most expensive item, whereas it used to be the fruit parfait. It may be time to graduate from the image of an old man eating dessert alone at night, but I just love the contrast of the not-too-sweet yet very sweet taste.

I visited Steak Miyuki for the first time. I often drive by the front of the restaurant, but for some reason, I hadn't been able to come until now. The chicken was crispy on the outside and quite good. There are also several types of soup. There are many steak restaurants for big eaters that have mediocre taste, but I thought this place was good. If I have the chance to come near here again, I will definitely stop by.

This time, I suddenly felt like eating steak late at night, so I visited this restaurant that I had been curious about for a while. I was able to be seated smoothly as it was late on a weekday night. The steak menu had various options such as rib roast, sirloin, and tenderloin, and I chose the tenderloin steak which had the most balanced amount of lean meat. I ordered a 240g rare steak. I also added the soup bar for an additional 290 yen, and had onion soup and curry soup. The curry soup had a delicious taste similar to the broth of curry udon. As for the steak itself, it was of very high quality, with a good balance of lean meat and a nice texture. There were several steak sauces available, but personally I found that salt suited it the best. Despite being a chain restaurant, I really liked it. Thank you for the meal.

The meat used was called "Sagari" in Japanese, which is the skirt steak. It was lean and tender. I ate it with Miyano sauce, which is a raw onion-based sauce. There were four types of soups available (corn, clam chowder, tomato vegetable, Japanese-style), and they were all delicious. I also ordered a mini corn salad as an extra. It was tasty.
