When I went to Sugamo, I wanted to eat shaved ice at a certain shop! It's located next to the Thorns-Removed Jizo Statue in a side street. This place operates on a reservation system. When you arrive in Sugamo, make sure to come here first, write your name, and then enjoy your meal. In my case, I bought bread at Kifukudo, salted daifuku at Mizuno, and a tart at L'Arbre before checking the queue, but it wasn't my turn yet. So, I bought a tart and came back, and it was just about my turn. I waited for about 30 minutes on a weekday (registered at 11:15, entered at 11:45). When you enter the shop, you need to order and pay, so you have to choose your order in advance. On that day, in addition to the regular menu, there were mango and peach shaved ice made with seasonal fruits, and a limited edition grape flavor. I couldn't decide between mango yogurt and peach and plum rare cheesecake, but I chose grape milk! Limited edition Grape Milk for 1350 yen! The shaved ice was perfectly round! It had three Kyoho grapes on top! There was no additional sauce, but grape syrup and condensed milk were poured on the bottom and in the middle, so it was delicious until the end! The shaved ice was light and fluffy. The Kyoho grape flavor was refreshing. It was just the right size, not too cold. It was delicious! As expected, shaved ice from a famous shop is tasty. I ate it at the counter while watching them make more shaved ice by hand. I finished eating in 10 minutes and left the shop! It was a refreshing treat to cool down from the inside out! I'm glad I went! Thank you for the meal! The tea was self-service, and when they said that, I was surprised by how light and cold the tea was. I think hot water and warm tea would be nice with shaved ice. The atmosphere inside the shop is not fancy. It feels old and simple. There is no relaxing atmosphere because there are people waiting. It's a place to eat shaved ice! If you're alone and the counter is available, they will seat you quickly! I like Muscat grapes, but I also like Kyoho grapes.
