I purchased Honey Chelo, Maple Ring, and Custard Cream at the shop around 11 am on Saturday, June 24, 2023. I was surprised to see that the shop was quite crowded, with many customers taking their purchases home. When I got home, I enjoyed them with coffee, and they tasted as good as always. The Custard Cream donut seemed to be a popular choice, so get it early! The other coated donuts were also delicious, especially the Honey Chelo, which is my favorite. The donuts here are consistently tasty. Definitely a safe choice!

It is located on the 1st floor of Ion Rakunan. On this day, I tried the collaboration donuts with Yoritsuka-san. Yoritsuka-san collaboration is always a hit! It was delicious. If you go to this Mister Donut in the evening, the event items are often sold out. If you have something specific you want to eat, it's best to go early.

While watching a commercial, I said "I want to eat" and my husband bought it for me. It had a subtle roasted green tea flavor and was delicious. My husband made his first aupay payment with his smartphone. The middle-aged man (my husband) said the staff was kind and it was a good experience.

"Misdo x PIERRE MARCOLINI" is so popular that Mister Donut is always crowded. Last Sunday, I realized it's best not to go near there... so I gave up. But on Friday, my husband went there during his lunch break for me. However, the fondant donuts were sold out (crying). He did bring back two types of Danish pastries though (⌒∇⌒). They were delicious and reasonably priced. I understand why they are so popular now. I really wanted to try the fondant ones though. Thank you, husband, for taking the time to buy them for me. It was a treat. Thank you for the meal.

This time it's "Pikachu"!!!! Well, it's not cute (lol). It's Pikachu with a slightly more mature face. The price is also not cute (lol). I want to try collaborative products with someone, as it seems like a new and unique flavor would come out. Thank you for the meal. Located on the 1st floor of AEON Rakunan. On a Tuesday evening around 6 o'clock, it was crowded inside AEON, maybe because of Black Friday. Mister Donut had a lot of items lined up, but the variety was a bit limited. There were groups in front and behind for takeout. There were no customers eating in the store.

I bought some snacks at Mister Donut in Ion Rakunan (⌒∇⌒). Lately, I've been craving it regularly. This time, I used takeout. I got a chocolate sandwich angel cream and a char siu pie for my husband, and an old-fashioned honey and an apple pie for myself. It's more like a meal replacement than a snack. They were all delicious as usual. I recommend using takeout instead of dining in.

It's autumn. Sweet potatoes. I went to Mister Donut to try their limited-time sweet potato donuts. Normally I get takeout, but I was a bit tired from shopping so I decided to eat inside. It was around 4 pm on a Sunday evening and the place was quite crowded. I didn't notice any new COVID-19 measures for takeout. The seating arrangement and dividers were the same as usual inside the store. Hand sanitizer was only available next to the product shelves. There was no wiping down of tables even when they were empty. I might be a bit sensitive, but it's something that concerns me. However, the donuts were delicious. Next time, I think I'll just stick to takeout. Thank you for the meal.

I had a collaboration donut from Gion Tsujiri and Yoroi Tsuka (⌒∇⌒). It had been a while since I last visited, and the shop was still as quirky as ever. The bags were lined up backwards, with the back facing forward. There was plastic hanging over the shelves, making it hard to see where to reach. With the new coronavirus, both the shop and customers seemed a bit disoriented. The collaboration name gave high expectations, but the matcha donut itself was simply delicious. Thank you for the meal.

When I visited around 7 pm, there were hardly any products left, including Pierre Herme. Considering it was a weeknight and the remaining time, it's understandable, but it's rare to see such a limited selection. Since "Mister Donut" was the choice, my husband and I bought one of each of the four types, but I was hoping for more enjoyment in choosing. Thank you for the meal.

I received a collaboration product between Pierre Hermé and Mister Donut. I had no idea who Pierre Hermé was (^-^;). I saw the commercial and thought it must be delicious... I was disappointed that they didn't have the pink one (Ispahan) from the commercial. I was also interested in the chocolate flavors, so I got two: Frenitude Caramel Chocolate Satine Fashion. As a bonus, I got one more (AU Smart Pass). Both of the chocolate flavors were rich and made with high-quality chocolate. I especially liked the Satine with its tangy jam. Although these donuts were more expensive than usual at Mister Donut, they were well-made and delicious. Thank you for the meal (⌒∇⌒).

I had to go to Ion, so for breakfast on the 23rd, I went to Mister Donut. I wanted to eat the ham and cheese one I had before, but they didn't have it, so I had the mapo tofu pie and the classic chocolate with lemon tea. I'm not sure if there was actually tofu in it, but it was delicious. Thank you.

I met up with a friend from my web design school days and we went to Mister Donut at the Ion Rakunan store. It had a variety of donuts lined up, including Halloween-themed ones for October. I picked three donuts - one with a witch's face, one with purple sweet potato, and one covered in colorful chocolate with different eye designs. I enjoyed them with a matcha milk tapioca drink while catching up with my friend for about an hour. It was a fun and relaxing time at Mister Donut.

Ronaion is a place I can easily visit nearby and I go there often! Usually, I get Mister Donut to go, but this day I had breakfast there. I had a hot café au lait and a hot coffee, and you can get free refills on café au lait. I forgot to attach the pictures... (;^_^A This visit was a little while ago. Thank you for the meal! (^人^)

On the first floor of Aeon Rakunan, there is Mister Donut. The annual Pokemon donuts are so cute with the pudding ones. I went in the morning for a change, so there were a lot of varieties and I ended up buying too many. (laughs)

This summer, I tried the popular shaved ice dessert. I had the "Cotton Snow Candy Matcha Azuki" (561 yen), which had a fluffy texture and I really got hooked on it this summer. It seems I wasn't the only one hooked because they are extending the sale until the end of September. However, the price is a bit high...
Visited on a weekday around 8:00 PM and asked, "Can we still order dim sum?" They said, "It's okay until 8:30!" So, I ordered the "Mapo Tofu Noodles" (486 yen) and the Mr. Meat Bun Set (750 yen with a drink). They apologized saying, "The meat bun will take about 20 minutes..." I cheerfully replied, "We'll wait!" They were so bright and accommodating even though it was close to closing time. As explained, the food arrived in about 20 minutes. The Mapo Tofu Noodles had a spicy kick in the soup and were delicious. The noodles were slightly overcooked, but considering the price, it was still good. Truly, a great production by Chen Kenichi! Thank you for the meal.

A nationwide stable donut shop that doesn't need any comments at this point. Located on the first floor dining floor of Aeon Rakunan store. Due to the location being Aeon, the main customer base is young families or groups of high school girls. The dining space has a small number of seats and is cramped. Baby strollers, popular with young families, also enter the store, making the floor even tighter. This kind of customer base also affects the cleanliness of the store. There are many food spills on the floor. It's a donut shop where you need to watch your step. I wonder if the employees are being trained on this issue, but even when the store is crowded and customers are eating next to each other, the employees start moving tables and chairs loudly and sweeping with a broom. It's just not calming. Well, it's understandable given the location. I didn't visit here to relax in the first place, just to satisfy a small hunger, so I don't get flustered. There are Mister Donut stores where you can relax and read a book elegantly while eating donuts in a different location, but this one is not suitable for that kind of use. The cafe next door with a name like a bakery restaurant might be a better place for a calm tea time. That's the reliable, safe, and stable Mister Donut.

On April 13, 2014, "Mister Donut" introduced a popular New York-born pastry called the Croissant Donut in Japan. The reviewer visited the Mister Donut store in Aeon Rakunan and tried the Croissant Donut with chocolate and custard filling, along with a cup of hot coffee. The Croissant Donut was described as having a crumbly texture, but the combination of chocolate and custard was familiar and satisfying. The Croissant Donut comes in three flavors and is priced at 194 yen each. Unfortunately, it is only available for a limited time until late June.

In August, during the summer vacation, my American friend and their family visited Kyoto. After going to the revolving sushi restaurant at the Hakodate Market Jotaro, we came to the "Mister Donut AEON Raku Nan Shop" as per the children's request. Overall: 3.5
Food & Taste: 3.5
The shelves were always fully stocked with a wide variety of donuts neatly arranged, which made the children very happy. As a fan of Mister Donut, I also appreciated this point, so the rating is slightly higher.
Service: 4.0
The staff at the time were very kind to the children in their words and serving, which was well-received. The American children mentioned that Japanese people are polite and kind. It's unclear if all staff are like this, but this time it was good and I hope it remains so.
Atmosphere: 3.5
Being in a shopping mall, there were many customers and a lively atmosphere. It was quite different from the previous store we visited. There were many families with children, and everyone seemed to be having a good time, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
Value for Money: 3.0
Not too expensive or cheap, Mister Donut maintains its affordable pricing.
This was my review of "Mister Donut AEON Raku Nan Shop" after indulging in sushi and then having sweets. The American children found the donuts interesting, especially the bear-shaped ones, and had a fun and funky experience. It was a contrast to how my children eat donuts in a more refined manner. Enjoying the differences in nationalities, we had unlimited coffee refills and I, as a refined father, savored the Old Fashioned donut. It brought back memories of my younger days when I used to have this combination often. The delicious donuts and the nostalgic atmosphere provided a brief respite in my busy daily life.
