I made a reservation for a 5,000 yen course with all-you-can-drink on a weekday and visited during the evening. I had the impression that it would be crowded during the daytime, but it was calm probably because it was a weekday night. My husband's Organic Sugar Pudding had a caramel-like sauce on top, with a smooth pudding inside. It was a bit too sweet for him, but I enjoyed it. Le Pain Quotidien also offers delicious organic bread, including Walnut Bread, Apple Pie, and Madeleines, which are great for takeout. Especially when warmed up in a toaster at home, the Apple Pie and Madeleines are incredibly tasty.

On the first floor of Midtown. I was in the mood for a light lunch, so I ordered the daily salad for 1600 yen and a cold cafe latte. The spacious interior with high ceilings has a European countryside-style decor, creating a soothing atmosphere. The seasoning of the tuna in the salad was a bit salty for my taste, but overall, the vegetables, bread, and drinks were delicious, and the ambiance was pleasant. The cafe has an open and stylish atmosphere. I had a Cafe Mocha Float, rice flour cream puff, and a Cafe Latte. The Cafe Mocha Float with Belgian chocolate shaved ice was bittersweet and perfect when mixed. The cream puff was delicious every time I had it. Thank you for the meal.

I drank coffee inside the store before buying bread and heading home. It was rainy outside, so the store was quite crowded. The tables were close together, so there wasn't a relaxing atmosphere. The espresso was delicious. I was looking for a Belgian-style bread but couldn't find one, so I ended up buying the Chausson aux Pommes that caught my eye. It's basically an apple pie. The apple compote had a nice tangy flavor and was delicious. However, there was not much apple filling for the size of the pie. At 370 yen in Roppongi, it's understandable.

I received a meal voucher after finishing my health check-up, so I decided to have a late lunch at my favorite restaurant near the office. I took a snack break at Rupanco Tidiano in Roppongi Midtown. It's a shop that I remember going to often in New York more than in Japan. I ordered the seasonal menu item, Cafe Mocha Float, which had chocolate flavored shaved ice in it. The type of chocolate had a hint of cocoa bitterness, and it paired well with the vanilla ice cream and cafe mocha. It was delicious.
