I suddenly craved for Sukiya's Kimchi Gyudon, so I drove my car there at 11 PM. I always end up ordering this menu at Sukiya, I wonder why. I ordered the Kimchi Gyudon (regular) for 550 yen. I really like Sukiya's Kimchi among all the gyudon places. The taste is consistently good. Also, the speed of service is another charm of fast food restaurants. Looking at past reviews, price increases are inevitable with the times, but incomes don't rise that much.

I visited this place for lunch on a weekday during my commute. I arrived around 2:30 pm and the place was very empty at that time. I ordered the "Spicy and Savory Sauce with White Negi (Green Onion) Beef Bowl," which seemed to be a limited-time offer, and I was able to get it for free with a mobile coupon. The dish arrived quickly, which was great since I was short on time. The beef bowl had a gochujang-based sauce with a sweet and savory flavor, topped with plenty of white negi. The sauce paired well with the negi and rice, enhancing the overall taste and aroma. Underneath the negi was the delicious beef bowl that Sukiya is known for, which was satisfying whether eaten with the negi, pickled ginger, or on its own. I also added an onsen egg for extra creaminess, which made the dish even more enjoyable.
