In the narrow alley of Gion, on Shinbashi Street, there is a traditional building where you can relax in a clean, quiet, and spacious private room. The selected Japanese tableware and the high-quality "Ooita Wagyu" beef were all superb. Each dish was like a work of art. Even the pickles were visually stunning and delicious. The meat, as they say, really did melt in your mouth, and I couldn't help but exclaim in amazement. The desserts were also incredibly delicious. Despite the generous portions, I was surprised that I didn't feel heavy at all. I also had the pleasure of watching a geisha, Maiko, perform Kyoto dance, serving drinks, chatting, and playing traditional parlor games. It was a truly enjoyable and luxurious experience. The Ooita Wagyu course included Camembert cheese and Kyoto vegetable salad, Ooita Wagyu lean meat sashimi, Wagyu tail soup, Wagyu tongue seared with wasabi greens and shungiku, truffle Yukhoe, pickled vegetable plate, flower meat shabu-shabu with white miso and beef bouillon, today's Ooita Wagyu lean meat sukiyaki, donabe silver rice, Ooita Wagyu sirloin steak, grilled Wagyu Chateaubriand, shungiku dashi ochazuke, and a dessert plate. For those who are not comfortable with raw food, there is also a yakiniku course available. The quality of the meat was outstanding, and I could see that it was truly top-notch. The attentive care and hospitality of the staff made me feel truly welcomed. Thank you for a wonderful time! I apologize for my lack of vocabulary, but this is a restaurant that I want many people to know about. I highly recommend it for business entertainment, sightseeing in Kyoto, or special occasions with loved ones. Please give it a try ❤️
