I thought the lunch set with naan, curry, salad, and chicken for around 800-1000 yen was a good deal. I chose the butter chicken curry, but it was milder than I expected. Personally, I would have preferred it to have a bit more spice or flavor. The naan was not as sweet as I've had before, which was nice because it wasn't heavy.

Lunch set A for 900 yen (excluding tax) includes chicken curry, naan, chicken tikka salad, and a drink. For an additional 300 yen (excluding tax), you can choose an alcoholic drink. I chose draft beer and enjoyed a midday drink. The restaurant seems to serve Nepalese cuisine, which is milder and more gentle in flavor compared to Indian cuisine. The size of the draft beer impressed me, but I was even more surprised by the huge naan that came out of the special oven in front of me! It's so big!! If you have leftovers, you can take them home. The curry was delicious, very mellow and flavorful. I chose medium spiciness, and it was nicely spicy yet mild. I wonder how they achieve this mellow flavor - maybe with nuts? Anyway, it's elegant, easy to eat, and delicious. The chicken tikka was tender and tasty. In the end, the naan was so delicious that I finished it on the spot. The restaurant is bright, clean, stylish, and welcoming for solo diners. It offers great value for money, and the service is friendly and pleasant. Highly recommended.

I visited at night. The seats were full of foreign tourists! The curry was mild and you could have as much as you wanted. The naan was not too thick or too thin and delicious. As you can see, the portion size is already filling. The staff's service was polite and pleasant. I recommend this place for curry and naan around here. I will definitely go back.

Today I worked near Shijo-Karasuma again, and it's getting quite cold. For lunch, I visited a restaurant called Raicha near my workplace for the first time. The restaurant has 4 seats inside, and there were regular customers and Uber drivers having their meals. I ordered the chicken curry lunch set, and the staff, who I couldn't tell if they were Indian or Nepalese, were very cheerful. First, I had a salad with orange dressing, which was delicious. The chicken curry was supposed to be spicy, but it wasn't too spicy. The freshly baked naan bread was also very tasty. They also had curry udon on the menu, so I would like to come back again. On Friday at 6:30 pm, I came across a restaurant with a sign for curry udon, which I found interesting as it is not common for Nepalese restaurants to serve curry udon. There were two groups of customers already there. I decided to sit at the counter and ordered a dinner set for 1,300 yen which included chicken curry, naan or rice, salad, and a drink (alcoholic beverages available). The daily special was mushroom chicken curry, but I noticed that you could choose the daily special from the Lycha set (1,500 yen). The kitchen had two male foreign chefs, and the dining area was managed by a Japanese woman. The restaurant smelled of garlic, which made my stomach growl. The set arrived at 6:44 pm, all on one tray. The salad was an Indian-Nepalese style with orange dressing. The chicken curry was a rich orange color, resembling butter chicken curry. However, the menu listed chicken and butter chicken separately, so it must be a different dish. The naan was quite large. I started with the salad, then moved on to the curry and naan. The curry was mild, and I wished it had a bit more acidity or spiciness. I think the same set for lunch would cost 800 yen plus tax. The location is convenient, so I will definitely visit again when I'm in the area. Thank you for the meal.

I received the Cheese Naan Lunch Set. For an additional 200 yen, you can change the regular set to include Cheese Naan. I chose the spinach curry, which was medium spicy. The curry was green due to the spinach, and it was delicious with a nice balance of spiciness and vegetable flavors. The portion was generous, perfect for dipping the Naan. The Naan was extra large, and the Cheese Naan was cut into four pieces. One piece was enough for a woman. The cheese stretched beautifully and there was plenty of it, making it the best Cheese Naan I've had. When I asked to take the remaining three pieces home, they wrapped them up easily. My companion had the Curry Udon, which was also delicious with its spicy broth.

When shopping in Kawaramachi, I entered this restaurant. The Cheese Naan is big and heavy, very satisfying to eat. The curry sauce is designed like latte art, very cute. The Tandoori set for ¥1,700 is a great deal and you can enjoy delicious naan, so I will definitely visit again. They also have a wide selection of beers, which adds to the exotic atmosphere!

I had spicy curry udon. It was a different experience from the curry udon at the regular diner, with a curry roux and udon noodles coming together with a dashi base.

I ordered from Foodpanda because it was listed there. I thought it would come with rice, but it only came with curry roux... It was a bit expensive at 1110 yen. I used a coupon so it was okay. In any case, if it doesn't come with naan or rice, the description needs improvement. I like runny curry, but this one was more of a thick mutton curry. I would like to visit the restaurant in person someday.

The butter chicken curry had lots of chicken chunks in it, and the cheese naan was generously topped with cheese. I think this Indian curry restaurant serves the best cheese naan I've ever had. When I thought there was a bit too much cheese, the staff kindly offered to wrap it up for me. The enthusiastic "Thank you!" from the foreign customer at the end was so energetic that it made me laugh.
