I had errands nearby, so I stopped by to buy some side dishes for dinner. There was plenty of parking available. This time, there were many delicious looking dried fish, but I chose the flounder because it was big and thick. It had a great flavor, was juicy, and had a substantial thickness, making it perfect as a side dish for rice or as a snack with alcohol. I think the other dried fish options would also be delicious. The female staff member provided pleasant customer service.

The shrimp was incredibly delicious and the oysters were creamy.

August 2023. Last day of the trip in Fukui. Checked out of Nijodake Island Resort and visited roadside stations on the way back to Osaka via Maizuru. Passed through roadside stations "Uminpia Oi" and "Seaside Takahama" before entering Kyoto Prefecture. Arrived at the roadside station "Maizuru Port Toretore Center" in Maizuru City. Had lunch at the seafood market's "Toretore Sushi" and found a special large-sized Toro Saba at "Okada Fish Store". Purchased one for 1000 yen. Grilled it for dinner and it was delicious with no fishy taste and plenty of fat. It was a generous portion, even for two people. Thank you for the meal!
