Furesto Matsuiyamate is a restaurant located in the Matsuiyamate area. It used to be the location of a Chinese restaurant called Tsuiritu-san. It is bustling with families on holidays. The menu includes "One Soup Seven Dishes" healthy meal with udon noodles for 1702 yen including tax. Orders are made using the touch panel on the table. Tea and towels are self-service. The interior is bright and clean as it opened last year. I tried drinking the vinegar before the meal for the first time, and it was easy to drink without any discomfort. The menu includes 30 items, creating a well-balanced meal. The portions were satisfying, and I left feeling full. I just wish the prices were a bit lower. Thank you for the meal!

The taste of the mouth is miso katsu... and then there was unagi donburi right in front of me! I decided to get it to go. When I got home, I also made some deep-fried seaweed miso soup to go with it. I didn't have high expectations, but the unagi had a slight fishy smell, which was masked by the included sansho pepper. The unagi itself had good fat content and wasn't too dry. The accompanying tamagoyaki was moist and fresh. The pickled radish on the unagi donburi was a bit questionable, but overall it was quite tasty. Thank you for the meal!
