In the past, they used to sell them in Yamazaki stores using a special machine. I think the first time I bought one was around 1978? It was 60 yen per piece (I think it was 70 yen per piece for me as I am from a remote island). Yamazaki's meat buns are much more delicious than the famous ones in Osaka. They are tasty and cheap. I tried the famous meat buns in Osaka recommended by my friends, but I only wanted to eat them once and have been sticking to Yamazaki's meat buns since then. I couldn't resist sharing how delicious these meat buns are. They have meat buns, curry buns, red bean buns, and pizza buns, but my favorite is the meat bun.
