The homemade dressing and salad were delicious, and all the staff were very polite and attentive. As we were leaving, they all bowed deeply and said "Thank you!" It was such a heartwarming experience. While Kyoto is known for its tourist spots, Yamashina has its own charm and great restaurants. I highly recommend giving it a try. Oh, and if you add a little extra money, you can get a pancake, drink, and cake set. I ate too much salad this time, so I had to skip it, but I've already made a reservation for next time. It was quite sweet, but not to the point of feeling sick, with a generous amount of Mont Blanc topping. For an extra 200 yen, you can choose a drink, but the red tea I ordered wasn't very tasty. It's part of the set, so it's understandable, but I thought a larger mug and a more flavorful tea selection would be nice. The café always provides friendly service to families, delicious food, and a satisfying experience, making it a wonderful place to visit.
