I went to METoA Cafe & Kitchen on the 1st floor of Tokyu Plaza Ginza METoA in Ginza 5-chome alone on Sunday around 12:10. The restaurant was bright and inviting, and I had been wanting to visit it for a while. It was a popular spot, and I had to wait for about 5 minutes at the entrance before being shown to my table. The restaurant had a 90-minute time limit, and on that day they were unable to serve pancakes and chicken dishes. The interior was spacious, with high ceilings, bright and open, and playing upbeat Western music. I ordered the Eggs Benedict for 1,628 yen including tax. I love Eggs Benedict, so it's always my go-to choice when it's on the menu. I was served detox water in a large glass with slices of apple, orange, and lemon floating in it, which was refreshing and delicious. The tall, handsome young man serving me had a great smile and provided excellent hospitality, sometimes even speaking in English. I was seated at a large table with other guests, first a group of three Chinese women in their 30s who seemed to be enjoying their conversation about their travels. Later, a group of four young, beautiful women were having a hard time deciding what to order from the extensive menu. The clientele mostly consisted of young female diners and couples. My Eggs Benedict arrived in about 10 minutes, beautifully presented on a white plate with a generous portion of healthy vegetables, Eggs Benedict, and vegetable soup. The dish included eggs, bacon, bread, lemon, baby leaf lettuce, purple cabbage, potato salad, carrot salad, green beans, corn, carrot onion soup, and more. The eggs were perfectly runny, the bacon was salty, and the bread was moist inside with a crispy exterior. The combination of flavors was delicious, especially with the abundance of baby leaf lettuce. The young women at the neighboring table looked enviously at my dish. METoA Cafe & Kitchen is a bright and clean restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious and healthy lunch like the green-filled Eggs Benedict. Highly recommended!
