Located a 2-minute walk from Akihabara Station Electric Town Exit, this cafe has a niche and atmospheric vibe. The specialty of the house is the long sausage hot dog! It's a voluminous dish that is perfect for those looking to take Instagram-worthy photos. Just a heads up, the sausage is so long it can be difficult to capture in a photo! I visited around 3 PM and had no trouble getting a table. I ordered the Cheese Hot Dog Set for 1150 yen. The coffee was delicious and the iced coffee was a lifesaver on a hot day. Now, onto the Cheese Hot Dog! In addition to the long sausage, there was a generous amount of cheese! The hot dog was filled with cheese all the way to the bottom, making it a bit challenging to eat. The crispy bun paired surprisingly well with the not-too-thick sausage. The cheese added a nice touch and made for a delicious hot dog. I was surprised to find such an interesting cafe here. The cozy atmosphere and proximity to the office district make it a great spot to pass the time. Overall, it was a satisfying dining experience.

Ordered a pudding sandwich and a cheese dog. Both were around 1000 yen for a set with a drink. The pudding sandwich was creamy with pudding not only on top but also inside the bread. The cheese dog had crispy cheese on top. It seemed like a lot of cheese was used. After eating, I didn't feel like eating anything else for a while. Be careful of indigestion. It might be best to share because it seems like it could get boring eating alone.

The cheese hot dog was absolutely delicious! The portion was huge (lol). It came with fries but I couldn't finish them. The restaurant was small and it was difficult to find a seat, but other than that, the atmosphere was great and very cozy! There were also many solo diners!

A cafe located near a crossroads facing Akihabara Chuo-dori. You order and pay right at the entrance, then pick up your drink first and head to your seat with a number tag. This cafe allows smoking, so it tends to be somewhat crowded with smokers. You climb up to the third floor by stairs, chatting with colleagues as you wait. I ordered the cheese hot dog set with lemonade. The hot dog is topped with a crispy layer of cheese on a French bread overflowing with sausage and plenty of melted cheese. It also comes with potato chips. The taste is pretty good, but it's quite filling just by itself. The interior has a distinctive design, so if you like cheese, it's worth a try.

▶︎ Egg Sandwich Set ¥979 I happened to pass by this shop and decided to go in. The price seemed a bit high compared to regular hot dogs, but I placed my order anyway. I ordered at the counter and the food was brought to our table. When it arrived, my friend and I were surprised to see how big it was, with at least 6 eggs in it for sure! It was huge, even for two people. The taste was delicious, and I've never had so much egg in one bite before, so I was happy. Maybe it was too big to eat easily, as they also provided a fork to scoop up the eggs. For some reason, they also included potato chips and biscuits.

I was amazed by the unexpectedly huge size! I went for the cheese, and it was piping hot and the spilled cheese was crispy and delicious. However, I was surprised that it came in a large jug. The meal was delicious, but I was shocked by the tattered chairs. I hesitated when choosing a seat. It's been a while since I went to a cheap karaoke place with such tattered chairs back in high school. Maybe it's to increase turnover? I'm sure it's not the best place to go for a cheese dog. I want to eat this delicious cheese dog in a beautiful, soft chair and a nice table.

A cozy café with a relaxed atmosphere where time flows slowly. The food portions are huge and delicious, and since it's close to my office, I'll probably visit often. Another customer was ordering Napolitan spaghetti, which had a nostalgic feel, so I plan to try it next time. I ordered a bacon sandwich, and the crispy French bread was just to my liking. The sandwich was filled generously with bacon, lettuce, and onions, making it a delightful meal. Be careful though, as those with an average appetite might end up with a very full stomach!

I visited Cafe Moko in Akihabara on my Tokyo trip. I came here wanting to try the cheese hot dog with wings. It was my first time in Akihabara, but it was easy to get to from the station. I ordered the cheese hot dog set for 980 yen with a cola, while my wife got the tuna sandwich set for the same price with a vegetable juice. The cafe allows smoking, but the waiter kindly directed us to the non-smoking area downstairs. The food was served on a round plate, with plenty of cheesy wings and potato chips on the side. The tuna sandwich my wife ordered also had a generous amount of filling. After finishing the meal, I felt quite full. Overall, the food was satisfying and a good start to our Tokyo trip.

I was looking for a place where I could smoke and have lunch, so I came here. The upper floor is the smoking area, so there seems to be a clear distinction. I ordered coffee on the first floor, received it, and took the number tag to the second floor. There are window counters, table seats, and various sofa seats, so you can relax comfortably. The meal is brought to your seat. In about 5 minutes, the Mozzarella Dog arrives. The Mozzarella Dog is a mystery bread with mochi instead of sausage in a hot dog bun. I love mochi, so I couldn't resist choosing it. The bread is warm, slightly fragrant, and delicious. It has chewy mochi, tangy tomato sauce, plenty of cheese, and crispy cheese spread under the bread. The side dish is potato chips, and the overall junk food atmosphere is irresistible. It looks rich, but the acidity of the tomato makes it quite refreshing and interesting. I was puzzled by the cheese under the bread, so I peeled it off, tore it off, and enjoyed it like potato chips. It was fun to eat in a mischievous way. Anyway, it's very filling, so I'd like to use it for lunch rather than a light snack. This and coffee cost 990 yen. The food set is cheap compared to the drink, so I recommend it. The iced coffee was generous and deliciously refreshing. The Lotus cookie was a nice touch. The staff at the restaurant were quite simple in their approach, but polite. It was so good that I will definitely stop by again when I come to Akihabara.

The drink and light snack (although it's huge so I'm not sure if I can call it light) for 1000 yen is quite reasonable! The place is spacious and seems like a good spot to relax after buying books in Akihabara or Kanda. I will definitely use it again. Next time, I want to try the hot dogs.

I had a promise in Akihabara, so I came early, but I quickly ran out of places to go and got tired, so I took a break until the meeting. There were tempting menu items like pudding and red bean paste sandwich scattered at the register, but I resisted because I have dinner later. I ordered a medium-sized matcha latte. They only accept cash and there was no receipt, but the staff apologized saying "I'm sorry." The matcha latte was delicious with a rich taste and a sweet touch at the top. The area near the register and the floor between the register and the 2nd floor are non-smoking areas. The 2nd floor is designated as a smoking area. I was asked at the register if I needed an ashtray, but I declined, and they also informed me verbally (there was a sign on the wall). If I have time to kill in Akihabara again, I will consider this place as an option.

Travel discounts have started, so all hotels are full!!! The shinkansen is also full!!! It was difficult to make reservations. And the prices are double... (sad) Finally got a hotel in Akihabara, not a place I often visit, but oh well. So... I was starving until dinner, so I searched for a sandwich or hot dog and found this shop. The entrance is narrow, but the interior is long. There are box seats in the basement, a cashier on the 1st floor, counter seats on the 2nd floor, and spacious box seats on the 2nd floor where smoking is allowed. I was so hungry, so I ordered a cheese dog and tea. When it arrived, I was surprised!!! It's huge (>_<) The sausage is about 30 centimeters long... It's sticking out easily from the bun. The crispy cheese feathers are around the bun!!! And potato chips surround them. Anyway, I had to eat the cheese feathers to get to the main part, so I ate desperately (laughs) Next is the protruding sausage. Crispy and juicy♪ It's not just big, it's delicious!!! The best hot dog I've ever had (laughs) My stomach is full (^^) I couldn't even reach the main part (laughs) The bun is not dry. It's moist♪ Beer with potato chips, wine with cheese feathers, and finish with the main part. Oh, I made a good choice (laughs) They also have pudding dogs, so I'll go again tomorrow (*^^*) Everyone, please try it out, it's delicious♪ Thank you for the meal.

Ice Cafe Mocha ¥550. Served in a Japanese-style cup with a generous topping of whipped cream. Highly recommended for whipped cream lovers. Despite its appearance, the place offers American pop-style food. The cozy atmosphere with few people makes it a hidden gem. Spacious interior makes it suitable for long stays and work.

I visited this place right in front of Akihabara Station. The background music inside the store is Hawaiian. I ordered an "Iced Coffee" size medium. It came in a ceramic cup and was filled generously. I enjoyed it at the non-smoking seats in the semi-basement. It has a deep flavor with a very good bitterness.

A café in Akihabara. It is located on the main street of the electric town and is about a 5-minute walk from Akihabara Station. I visited around 2 p.m. on a Saturday. You order and pay first at this café. The main menu consists of hot dog-style light meals, with occasional sweet items available. On this day, I ordered the Banana Cream Dog. The food is brought to you by the staff. After about 5 minutes, they brought me the Banana Cream Dog, which was quite large. The amount of whipped cream used is particularly generous. It might be too sweet for those who are not fond of sweet things. The bread had a crispy texture and was surprisingly delicious. Also, this café is mainly a smoking area, so the smoking rate is quite high. Therefore, it may be a convenient place for smokers.

Today I came by myself to Pizza Dock. The onions were a bit raw. I might try something different next time. The grapefruit juice was delicious and I was able to relax since it was not crowded today. It's really hot though. Next time, I'll try the pudding.

Cafe MOCO is located about a 3-minute walk from JR Akihabara Station Electric Town exit (north side), in a building along Kanda Myojin Street. I visited for the first time during lunchtime in mid-July. The entrance is narrow, and as soon as you enter the shop, the order counter is on the left side. There were about 4 customers ahead of me in line. I placed my order and made payment at the counter, where the menu was also written in English, likely due to the high number of foreign customers. I found it a bit overwhelming to read everything, but since the customers ahead of me seemed like regulars, I followed their lead. I had heard that their specialty was the Cheese Dog, but there were also various other hot dog options on the menu. On this day, I ordered the "Spicy Pollack roe Rice cake DOG/明太子もちチーズドッグセット" (990 yen) and an iced coffee. I received my drink and a number tag, then moved to a seat of my choice inside the shop. The interior was uniquely designed, with floors from B1F to 2F, but as a first-time visitor, I couldn't quite figure out how they were connected. I settled for a counter seat on what seemed like the middle floor. After a short wait, the "Spicy Pollack roe Rice cake DOG" was served. The overflowing cheese on the plate was quite impressive, and the portion of potato chips on the side was generous. I was a bit unsure how to eat it at first, but I ended up wrapping the hot dog around the cheese like a Masala Dosa and took a bite. The sweet and stretchy cheese, crispy and juicy sausage, and the salty kick from the Pollack roe made for a delicious combination. The addition of rice cake provided a satisfying texture. I devoured the hot dog and soon finished it. Overall, it was not only visually appealing but also very tasty and satisfying. Thank you for the meal.

I was looking for a lunch spot and stumbled upon this cafe. It's a bit small but charming. The volume of cheese on the dish was surprising and delicious. The long sausage was also tasty - I didn't get tired of eating until the end. I'm full now - what should I try next time I come here? (laughs)

I have been a regular at MOCO in Akihabara for a long time. They have a variety of food and dessert sandwiches on the menu that can be paired with drinks. The atmosphere is nice and it's a perfect place for a break. The portions are large, the prices are cheap, and it's great.
