It is a delicious flavor that doesn't get boring. It is wonderful to come up with ideas to blend the fragrant aroma of hojicha from Japanese to Western styles. A little sweet milk goes well with the fragrant hojicha. Matcha is popular worldwide, and hojicha may continue to spread gradually in the future. By the way, Kaga boucha is also delicious.

Located near popular attractions such as the Kyoto Railway Museum and the Kyoto Aquarium, this Starbucks has a stylish exterior and a cozy interior on the second floor for dining in. It can get quite crowded, so the outdoor terrace seating is a nice option. In the winter, you can enjoy views of the bustling outdoor ice skating rink. We tried the seasonal Frappuccino and latte, both delicious. I had the Matcha Genmaicha Tea Latte with skim milk for a healthier option. The combination of matcha and genmaicha tea was great. Highly recommend this Starbucks with a great location. Enjoy your meal!

The area around Umekoji has changed a lot with the addition of the Kyoto Aquarium and the Kyoto Railway Museum, along with a large park. The Starbucks here is located in a very convenient spot within the park. The ordering counter is on the 1st floor, while seating is available on the 2nd floor. It can get crowded on the 2nd floor, so it's best to secure a seat before ordering. There is also a rooftop terrace on the 2nd floor, which would be nice in spring or autumn. There don't seem to be tables with charging outlets, so it might be risky to come here if you need to charge your devices. I ordered a hot coffee on this cold day and spent about an hour working before leaving. There are also table seats, so it's common to see people working or studying here on weekdays.

The chairs were a bit hard, but there are rocking chairs by the window. Rocking back and forth, enjoying the nice view. I purchased a tall size iced coffee for 390 yen including tax. On a hot day, iced coffee tastes really good. Starbucks' iced coffee has a good balance of richness, flavor, bitterness, and acidity, making it a reliable choice. And the atmosphere here allowed me to relax and unwind.

I enjoyed a T Drip Coffee while reading for about an hour. The interior has seating on the second floor, and there are also terrace seats on the second floor. The shop with large windows is open and airy, making it a favorite spot for me. It was a time to relax my brain while thinking about various things.

Many families with children were also present, likely due to the park setting. I went to the Starbucks next to Umekoji Park! ＼(^o^)／ I went to see the cherry blossoms at Umekoji Park and stopped by to pass the time before lunch. I plan to line up at Ken Ramen, which is listed in the top 100 ramen restaurants on Tabelog, right in front of me for lunch. It was a bit chilly with light rain, so I ordered a Honey Oats Milk Latte. The interior of the relatively new store is beautiful. I decided to relax on the 2nd floor. I would have liked to relax on the terrace if it had been sunny, but unfortunately it was raining. Let's save that for next time we come. I tend to order it everywhere, my current favorite, the Honey Oats Milk Latte. It's so delicious! This time, I visited the relatively new Starbucks Coffee VIVASK Square Kyoto Ume-Koji Park store in Kyoto. It seems like it's near the Kyoto Railway Museum because there are train decorations. Even though I'm not a train enthusiast, I enjoyed the chic design. The interior is spacious and bright, with seating available on the second floor. I ordered the seasonal sweet potato frappuccino, which was topped with honey to enhance the sweet potato flavor. Unfortunately, they don't have smartphone charging available. The drink was delicious, sweet with a nice sweet potato taste.

It's only about a 2-minute walk from Saga-Arashiyama Line Umekoji Kyoto Nishi Station, right in front of it. There is a Kyoto streetcar displayed in front of the store, which is a nice collaboration. Starbucks in parks nationwide is increasing, providing more places to relax, which is great. This Starbucks is a two-story building with terrace seating on the second floor. There is a sense of openness, and it's relatively quiet in the morning, allowing for a leisurely time. My wife and I spent about an hour reading at a table on the second floor. It's nice to be able to spend a relaxing time. Today, I had a Grande Iced Coffee, while my wife had a Tall Iced Coffee. It's a joy to see some sunshine after a while... I can't wait for the rainy season to be over!

This Starbucks is located inside Umekoji Park. It's a great spot for playing Pokémon GO, as you can reach seven gym and PokéStops from the second-floor window seat. It's a perfect place for me! (laughs)

The set meal is a good deal, and the hamburger is really delicious in a tall size.
