A next-generation soba restaurant that combines self-renovation using recycled materials and a pottery studio where workshops are held. They serve hand-made soba noodles made with 90% buckwheat flour and 10% binder. The dishes are served in pottery made at the studio, and you can also purchase the "guinomi" sake cups on display. The menu includes a soba noodle set for 1000 yen and a delicious mackerel sushi for 700 yen. They are open from 11:30 to 15:00, and they close once they run out of the 50 servings available.

The shop is located in a small alley off the main street, with a pottery studio next door. You order and pay at the counter. I ordered the Citrus Sudachi Soba for 1600 yen and the Horse Mackerel Sushi for 700 yen. The soba was refreshing with a citrus flavor and the noodles had a nice texture. The sushi was delicious with fatty fish and a hint of vinegar rice. I wish I had ordered the duck prosciutto and beer too. Perfect for summer! I arrived before 12 o'clock and luckily got a seat right away. I ordered the Duck Nanban (1800 yen) and Horse Mackerel Sushi (700 yen) at the cashier. The soba noodles, duck, and dashi broth had a refined taste that was very comforting. The horse mackerel sushi was thick and satisfying to eat, it was delicious! The restaurant didn't have many seats, and in the back, there was even a pottery class going on, so it had a unique atmosphere. When I left, there were already a few groups of customers waiting in line outside the restaurant.

I visited a stylish soba restaurant that was in pre-opening and was attracted by its fashionable exterior. The interior was almost full, so I placed my order and paid first before being seated at the designated table. I ordered the spicy grated soba with extra noodles, and unfortunately, the mackerel sushi was sold out. The portion was generous, but the soba itself was light with a firm texture and a rich broth that complemented it well. The spicy daikon radish didn't have much heat to it. Overall, I found the soba to be of high quality and would like to visit again in the future.

Monday 12:03, to Mr. Soba. There were three groups of customers ahead of us. It seems they had a soft opening on Friday, June 16th. The Spicy Oroshi Soba is priced at 1,200 yen and it takes some time to cook. We were seated at a large communal table with two other groups. The restaurant quickly filled up as more people came in. We were instructed to split up and sit at any available seats, as there were no empty tables. There were only two staff members working that day, and they seemed busy due to the crowd. At 12:21, our soba arrived. Many people around us were eating zaru soba. The soba had a generous amount of spicy grated daikon on top, just as described. Though it's not tsukemen, the broth was quite rich. As the name suggests, this soba is meant to be enjoyed for its spicy daikon flavor. I heard someone order a large portion of zaru soba for 1,500 yen, so I assume the large size is an additional 500 yen. They also offer items like mackerel sushi (2 pieces for 700 yen) priced between 1,000 to 2,000 yen. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal.

In the morning, I had hand-made soba at the restaurant. It was very delicious. The summer limited edition sudachi soba was so refreshing that I could drink up all the broth! I also tried duck prosciutto for the first time, and it was definitely a delicious dish that I will order again.
