The other day, I went to Lunch Time and was interested, so I decided to go there. Reservations seem to be only available through the official website or Tabelog. I wanted to know the contents of the course when making a reservation, but there was no information anywhere, so I decided based on the price. When I asked the staff this time, they said that the menu is not disclosed according to the president's intentions. It does increase the excitement, indeed. By the way, all seats, including the counter seats, are arranged side by side, so it is a little reassuring in terms of infection prevention. The towels are cute hand towels. I chose the Tori Soup Sour for my drink. It tasted like ramen broth with sake and carbonation added. Honestly, it was a bit salty. As a final impression after finishing the course, there were many salty dishes, so I felt that it would be better to order a sweet drink. My companion ordered the Shio Lemon Sour. This time, we had the Suehiro Gariko course. First, the Vegetable Stick Suehiro-style is served. It comes with a smoked salt mixed with Bagna Cauda sauce. We were recommended to eat it little by little, which was just right. - Yakitori Shop Terrine. Various parts of yakitori are made into terrine, and it was delicious. - Tsukune Oden. It's more like putting tsukune in chicken broth than oden. - Today's Tori Sashimi. There is a note on the table, recommending to eat it within 15 minutes after serving. But it seems that it is cooked at a low temperature. - Today's Omakase Tori Momoskin. It's like a skewer with the skin side of the chicken thigh firmly grilled. It is recommended to mix it with Tsukune Sansho Salt. The bonjiri was juicy and delicious. - Tebasaki (chicken wings) Male and Female. The staff said, "Enjoy the difference between male and female," and when I ate it, the female one had eggs inside. The combination of runny eggs and chicken meat was amazing! - Rare Parts for Additional Order. It seems that the menu that can be provided varies depending on the day, but you can order rare parts. White liver, forgot, Engawa. The white liver tasted like foie gras. - Motsu Nitsuke and Kouburi Omurice. The Omurice was like a smaller version of the lunch menu, without balsamic vinegar. By the way, I liked it here, so I bought balsamic vinegar at the department store on the way home. - Shoyu Dango. The dessert is soy sauce dumplings. Spicy dumplings. I like spicy food, but this time there were many salty dishes, so I think a sweeter one would be more balanced. It's a wonderful restaurant in many ways, so I want to go back again.
