Hidden away near Cat Street, there was a cute little bakery with a light blue exterior that caught my eye. I decided to go in on a weekday morning, and it was not crowded at all, with a wide variety of breads available. The prices seemed quite reasonable for a Tokyo bakery: Mellow Bagel - 250 yen, Cream Cheese and Red Bean Bagel - 350 yen, White Bread - 100 yen. It's rare to see bread for 100 yen these days. The bagels had a chewy texture and were very springy, almost difficult to cut with a knife! The plain one had a gentle sweetness from honey. They use "Haruyoko" domestic wheat for their bread. I really enjoyed the Cream Cheese and Red Bean Bagel - the combination of tangy cream cheese and sweet red bean was amazing. It's a bit addictive with its sweet and salty flavor. There is no seating inside, but there are benches outside. If the weather is nice, it might be nice to eat outside. The staff were also very friendly. I'm glad I found this great bakery.

A bakery quietly standing near Miyashita Park. I bought cream bread, melon bread, and salt butter bread! The cream bread has a generous amount of milky custard cream. Be careful because when you bite into it, the cream spills out from the hole at the bottom! The slightly sweet and creamy texture is delicious! As a melon bread lover, I couldn't pass up on the melon bread. It has a crispy outer layer and a soft inside, which is just perfect for me! The cookie dough is uneven in thickness and topped with sugar, so the thicker parts have a crunchy texture (and are sweet). The inside is a lightly sweet and fluffy bread. It had a really nice fluffy texture! And then there's the salt butter bread. This one was also great! It's a fluffy bread, but what sets it apart from other salt butter bread is not just the shape but also the pool of butter? I'm not sure what it is, but in the third picture, there's a crispy butter pool... When you take a bite, the butter oozes out... I love this... If you love butter, you should try it at least once! The store also sells drinks, and there is outdoor seating and a trash can outside. Since there are few people passing by, it seems like a nice place to take a break! It would also be nice to eat on the rooftop of Miyashita Park!

Reasonably priced bakery takeout with a wide variety of options, with a bench in front of the shop. A fluffy brioche dough filled with a mixture of custard and cream, packed tightly. More like a cream puff than a cream bun, the Old Fashioned has a fairly hard texture and a crunchy bite, with moist dough.

A simple and nostalgic homemade pudding made with eggs, milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla paste. There is no seating area inside, only a small space outside where you can sit for a bit, so it seems to be mainly for takeout.

While moving from Omotesando to Shibuya, I got hungry and decided to take a quick break. The curry bread was crispy on the outside, with chunks of wagyu beef inside, perfect for satisfying my hunger. There was a bench in front of the store, and everyone was enjoying their freshly made bread there.

Both of these breads are attractive. The one that was carefully selected is the next two. [Wagyu Curry Bread, ¥280] Yummy~♪ The bread dough is thin and slightly oily, but the curry filling inside is authentic and delicious. Additionally, there are chunks of beef inside. Full of umami♡ [Viennoiseries Lamb Raisin, ¥259] Variations of Viennoiseries include milk cream, chocolate cream, peanut cream, etc., but lamb raisin is rare. Underneath neatly arranged raisins, there is a milk-based cream.

Cream cheese and red bean paste bagel had less filling than expected. The red bean paste wasn't too sweet, with a gentle flavor. The bagel dough itself had a classic, chewy texture. The sesame seeds on top were easy to fall off and disappeared once I got home.

Wagyu curry bread and melon bread. The curry bread was popular as No.1 and I thought it was unusual to be round so I bought it. It had chunks of beef inside and was delicious!! And all this for just around 200 yen, amazing. The melon bread had a crispy and fragrant surface that went well with milk. On this particular day, I tried their "Melting Cream Bread" priced at 270 yen. I had been curious about it for a while, but it sells out quickly, so I made a reservation in advance. The brioche bread was fluffy and shiny, and when I split it open, I was amazed by the generous amount of cream inside. The cream is a blend of custard cream and whipped cream called Crème Diplomat, which I love. The buttery, fluffy bread combined with the rich cream was a delight for cream lovers like me. The taste was so satisfying, especially considering the price. I will definitely be coming back for this again. Also, SHIBUichiBAKERY (Shibuichi Bakery) will be reopening for Saturday business starting from April 15th, with new operating hours from 9 am on weekends and holidays. Located in a back alley in Shibuya, this bakery is run by Mr. Rigoret. They open early in the morning and various types of bread are baked one after another. The bagels are ready around 12:30. When I visited around 3 pm, there was only one plain bagel left. ● Shibui-chi Bagel (270 yen) 135g Made with domestic wheat "Haruyokoi". A classic bagel with the sweetness of honey. They asked me if I wanted the bread warmed up, so I requested it! Thanks to that, the crumb was soft and fluffy. It is slightly weak but still has a chewiness. As mentioned on the price card, the dough has a gentle sweetness so it's delicious as it is! Next time I encounter it, I would like to properly reheat and try it.

A bakery located in a small alley a short walk from Shibuya. There are benches outside the shop, so it seems nice to eat outside when the weather is good. The bread and donuts I bought were all delicious. The recommended crispy Old Fashioned donut had just the right texture and sweetness, not too greasy, so it was easy to eat. The red bean butter sandwich had the perfect balance of sweetness from the red bean paste and saltiness from the butter. The French bread had a crispy exterior and a soft interior, with a good bite and was delicious. I would like to go back to buy more.

I think there is no donut with a crispy texture that surpasses this old-fashioned donut. It's perfect to chill it during this season! On this day, I ordered coffee and my favorite chocolate crunch donut here. I bought two, one for my mother. My mother also loves the crispy texture and the perfect chocolate accent. Located behind Shibuya Cast, near the entrance of Cat Street and one street further in. It's honestly not a very crowded area, but being semi-underground gives off a vibe of a hidden gem. I visited this shop to get some bread for hanami at Yoyogi Park. Their specialty is bagels and sandwiches. This time, I tried the cherry blossom bean and white chocolate bagel, as well as the fried chicken sandwich. Both were surprisingly delicious. The chewy and fluffy texture of the bread was great, and the fillings were also tasty. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal.
