A very convenient Vietnamese restaurant that operates from 6 AM to 9:30 PM, accessible by bus from Keihan Shōba Station, JR Matsuiyamate Station, and Kintetsu Niitabashi Station. The main dish is the Vietnamese sandwich "Banh Mi," and they also sell ingredients from Southeast Asia. I chose the Banh Mi Nuong (650 yen including tax) this time. It was a cheap and delicious Banh Mi. Thank you for the meal.

Today's lunch was at "Nami's House". It is a Vietnamese restaurant located in Oyama, Yahata City, across from the Oyama City Citizens' Library. Although it is on the 1st floor of an apartment building, there is no Vietnamese feel from the outside. Inside the restaurant, there are tables lined up and various Vietnamese decorations. The main dishes seem to be noodle dishes like pho. The special includes two types of beef. There are also new menu items available, including sunflower seeds and authentic Vietnamese side dishes. They also offer Banh Mi, which I initially thought was a sandwich, but it turns out to be a rice dish. There are explanations in Japanese for the main dishes, with choices between pho and bun. To celebrate their anniversary, the special "Special Bun Bo" is offered at a discounted price of 950 yen from 1150 yen. They even checked if I was okay with cilantro. The restaurant also sells Vietnamese products, and local sweets are displayed on the walls. The menu includes explanations, such as pho being flat noodles and bun being round noodles, with the same soup. There are also explanations for the condiments, which are neatly set on the table. The bun is served on a tray with two small spoons and a lemon wedge, perhaps for flavor variation. The dish is filled with plenty of meat, topped with green onions and cilantro. The cilantro adds a nice touch. The soup is light but has a refined umami flavor. The bun noodles are indeed round and soft, similar to thick glass noodles. The cooked meat is large but flavorful when chewed. The blanched beef is small and tender. The meatballs are bouncy. Following their recommendation, adding chili sauce gives a sweet and spicy kick. Adding chili peppers makes it straight-up spicy. The garlic pickles are like pickles. This is truly an authentic Vietnamese restaurant with operating hours from 6:00 to 21:30. With many Vietnamese residents in the area, they offer meals from breakfast to dinner. It's a place where you can enjoy genuine Vietnamese cuisine on the outskirts of town.

I was interested in a new restaurant in Hachiman, and it is located diagonally across from Otoko-yama Library. It is a very clean Vietnamese restaurant with a red display and modern striped walls that catch your eye. When you enter, you can smell the unique spices of Southeast Asia. They also sell Vietnamese ingredients. I ordered the Beef Pho for 900 yen, and my friend ordered the Bun Bo for 900 yen. Pho is made with flat noodles, while Bun is made with round noodles, both made from rice flour. There are other menu items like mixed noodles, dipping noodles, and banh mi, so I feel like I will come back many times! The Pho arrives! The soup is so delicious! It has a chicken-based broth with pepper and a slight sourness. It's light but satisfying, with a perfect balance that I really like. The flat noodles are smooth and springy. They ask if you want to skip the cilantro, and I chose to have it, and the amount is just right. Just like Japanese green onions, it adds flavor without being overpowering. The menu also explains the condiments on the table, making it beginner-friendly for Vietnamese cuisine. Let's enjoy changing the taste! Lemon goes so well with it, I want to squeeze a lot of it when summer comes. The garlic pickles are like garlic pickled in vinegar. Since the Pho is so gentle, I feel like it's a waste to add this. The Vietnamese chili sauce is sweet and spicy, and adding chili peppers makes it taste like Tom Yum Kung! My friend who loves spicy food added a lot and said it was delicious. I tried a bit of the round noodles Bun, but I recommend the flat noodles Pho. The rice flour noodles are soft, and the Bun noodles are thin like glass noodles, so they may not be as satisfying. I finished the soup completely! It was delicious. There are also many tempting desserts, so it's a nice place to come for a cafe as well.

I was curious about this restaurant. Apart from us, there were foreigners. The owner seemed Vietnamese, but it turns out he is Japanese, haha! They were sold out of pho, so I tried the beef bun instead. Pho is made with flat rice noodles, while bun is made with round noodles. The beef broth soup was light and the noodles were plentiful, filling me up. I want to add more cilantro next time. I will challenge myself to try the banh mi for takeout next time. I want to revisit this restaurant, it was delicious. ♡

The interior of the shop is nice, and in the morning, it was bustling with customers having breakfast when I passed by. It's relatively empty during weekdays at lunchtime. The rice cake with char siu and coriander topping costs 600 yen. It's chewy and filling.
