I had a luxurious experience starting from 3 pm on a weekend afternoon. Hacienda Copita Traditional Honey for 1,100 yen, Geisha Apple Pie for 638 yen, and Geisha Tiramisu for 308 yen, totaling 2,046 yen. Hacienda... had a fruity sweetness that made me feel dreamy and warm. It's definitely worth the price of over 1,000 yen per cup. The Apple Pie was the thinnest and flattest I've ever seen, but I trusted that it would be delicious since it's sold here. As expected, the texture and flavor were great. As an Apple Pie lover, I was satisfied with the taste, although it was a bit too small. The Tiramisu was also very small and cute. Its not overly sweet, which is a nice feature. I had a leisurely and elegant time, feeling all the stress leaving my body. If the prices could be just a bit lower, it would be even better, but that's probably not possible in this day and age. Thank you for this once-a-year, elegant and wonderful experience. It was a delightful meal.

It was so hot that I felt like I was melting, so I randomly walked into a shop. There were many types of coffee to choose from, but I decided to order the Geisha Shake because I love coffee jelly and it was a limited summer item. The combination of bitterness and sweetness, along with a fruity flavor, made it taste really stylish. I would love to drink it again.

Located on the 1st to 4th floors of Yurakucho Toho Building at 1-6-3 Yurakucho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, is Geshary Coffee Hibiya branch (GESHARY COFFEE), a specialty café that offers high-quality Geisha coffee beans. I ordered coffee and Mont Blanc and enjoyed them on the upper floors.
- Esmeralda Washed Cabanya Ariva 5ASM: 1,430 yen
- Mont Blanc with Japanese chestnut: 748 yen
The Geisha coffee had a refreshing acidity and fruity notes, although a slightly larger amount of beans might be better. The Mont Blanc lacked the taste of liqueur but had a subtle Japanese chestnut flavor. It also featured a refreshing yuzu taste and a strong chestnut flavor soaked into the sponge base. I also tried the Geisha coffee jelly and Cold Brew Mario Marin Natural G1. The natural Cold Brew was fruity and delightful. The café offers a relaxing atmosphere with a great view of the Imperial Palace and skyscrapers in Marunouchi from the counter seats by the large windows. As you go up to the 4th floor, there are more sofa seats available. The gentle music and excellent service make it a perfect place to unwind. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Gateau au Chocolat for ¥638 and Mario Marine Hot for ¥1,100. It's a bit pricey but the coffee was delicious and fruity. The cake was light with a subtle sweetness and a nice aroma. The place was not crowded, clean, stylish, with a good view, and had Wi-Fi and outlets available. It was a hidden gem! They even gave us samples, which were also delicious. I will definitely try them next time I come back.

The sweets served to enjoy with the Hacienda Copay Honey Coffee at Cafe Mizure are all small-sized, but just right for a light treat. The Mizure is a Japanese confection made by kneading coffee, with a mild sweetness that I appreciated. Previously, I was hesitant to visit due to the high prices and the need to fight for a seat, but now it seems that the staff manage it, which is also a good thing.

The main focus of this cafe is Geisha coffee, but you can also enjoy other coffee and lattes. They do not offer tea or juice. In addition to our order, they provided us with coffee samples and desserts to try. We were seated on the 4th floor where we had a great view of the Imperial Palace from the window. The sofa seats allowed us to relax comfortably. We visited on a Sunday around 2 pm and were able to be seated right away as there were plenty of available seats.

After lunch, I went to have coffee at a specialty shop that uses Geisha coffee beans. The shop has a counter on the first floor where you can feel the gaze from outside, and more relaxed seating on the second floor and above. The staff are very well-trained and provide excellent service. The price range is around 1000 yen. I asked for a recommendation and chose an iced latte with my favorite beans (990 yen). The latte was delicious, with a good balance of acidity, coffee richness, and the sweetness of milk, just as the staff described. While my coffee was being prepared, I was offered a sample tasting and a unique Geisha-inspired mochi-like treat at the counter on the first floor. I definitely want to go back again.

A friend recommended a great cafe, so I decided to visit. You order your drink on the first floor, then choose a seat on the 2nd to 4th floors, and the staff will bring your drink to your seat. Each floor has a slightly different concept, and this time I opted for the spacious sofa on the 3rd floor. I ordered an iced coffee and mango cake, which were recommended to go well together, and they were indeed a perfect match. The coffee had a nice acidity to it. It wasn't too crowded during tea time, so I would recommend this hidden gem of a cafe. Thank you for the meal!

I always wanted to visit this cafe located in a prime location in Hibiya. I remember seeing a menu with a coffee priced around 2000 yen before, which caught my attention. This time, I ordered an iced coffee for 1100 yen. Although it was quite expensive, the aroma was great and I could feel the producer's dedication. They also served a sample coffee and a bite-sized sweet. The interior of the cafe was very clean, and there were plenty of seats available. I chose to sit on the 4th floor, and the interior design was lovely. Since the prices are not very casual, even on weekends, I think it's a place where you can easily enjoy yourself. Of course, there are items on the menu priced around 800 yen as well, but I believe it's worth trying the more expensive options to fully enjoy the experience.

Located along Haremi Street, this coffee shop offers a high-end experience with prices exceeding 1000 yen per cup. The shop provides Wi-Fi and outlets for customers. I tried the Pastrami Beef and Sauerkraut Reuben Hot Sandwich with a hint of fragrant Japanese pepper, along with a cold brew of El Porvenir. The total cost was 2068 yen. The order was served in 7-8 minutes, and included complimentary coffee and snack samples. The tasting coffee was Hacienda Copay Honey, which was light and easy to drink, but the small amount made it hard to fully appreciate the taste. The snack, Kono Zui Ren, had a smooth texture similar to water yokan, and while not bad, the small portion made it difficult to fully judge the flavor. The half-cut sandwiches were smaller than the palm of my hand, but the buttery toast paired well with the tanginess of the sauerkraut and pastrami beef, creating a delicious combination. The El Porvenir Washed coffee, ranked 2nd in the Cup of Excellence, had a refreshing and fruity taste, though the use of plastic cups was disappointing given the high-end nature of the shop. Overall, without the need for coffee and snack samples, this experience would be more enjoyable for under 2000 yen.

I often use it when going to see a movie in Hibiya. The coffee beans are carefully selected, and the coffee-flavored sweets Geisha are naturally expensive, but they are delicious. The Mont Blanc has a good accent with yuzu mousse inside.

This is the best hot coffee I've ever had ☕️ The taste of the coffee is like muscat, sparkling wine, and rose. I didn't check the prices and chose from those options... The price was surprisingly high when I found out: Hacienda Copay Special TAKARA Lot8 (¥2750). There are two four-person tables on the terrace. The seats are spacious. There is a possibility of many people passing by. Sometimes they don't have terrace seating, so it's better to check by phone before going. I received a coffee called "Kohno Mizu Neru" as a service. It was incredibly delicious, I want to order it again next time.

On the first floor, it's easy for even a stroller to enter. I wanted to eat a soy meat burger for takeout, but they said, "We don't have it today." So I got an avocado and fresh vegetable salad wrap instead. It has a nice kick of wasabi and is delicious. It includes tomatoes, avocado, lettuce, and carrots, giving it a healthy feel. It's just the right size to eat in one go! It might not be filling enough for men though!

"I decided to have tea before heading home. Unlike a regular café where you secure a seat, order, and carry your order yourself, here it was a different system - order, find a seat, and wait at the seat. I ordered a Geisha Latte, and was able to choose between two types of beans. I chose the one with orange liqueur and fruity aroma. I was surprised when I paid with a 1,000 yen bill and received 10 yen as change. They gave me a number tag and asked me to wait at my seat, so I took the elevator to the second floor. The floor was packed with tables and chairs, and although there were empty seats, the lack of ventilation was noticeable. On the fourth floor, there were low tables and single sofas set spaciously. I chose to sit there. Shortly after sitting down, a server brought my order. I wondered how he found us without any tracking device on the number tag. The service seemed inefficient and mysterious. I worried that the coffee might have cooled down while he was looking for us. The latte was a surprise - it had a unique taste and aroma, possibly from the liqueur. It was not scalding hot, but just right to drink. Thanks to choosing a good seat, I was able to enjoy a leisurely time there. It was a unique experience in terms of taste and service."

I visited Gesharicoffee in Hibiya for the first time! It's a hidden gem with a lot of seating up to the 4th floor. They specialize in the Geisha variety of coffee beans. I ordered a Geisha latte and cheesecake. The prices are quite high, with the latte costing almost 1,000 yen! The iced coffee was around 1,500 yen. You can choose from different types of beans, and I chose one with a dark chocolate flavor. I was surprised because it actually tasted like dark chocolate. It was worth the price. I also tried their cold brew, which was completely different from any coffee I've had before. It was almost like a type of tea. It made me wonder if drinking it regularly would make me like regular black coffee eventually. The cheesecake was rich and delicious. I'd love to visit again for another luxurious treat.

I wish I had known earlier that there was a cafe so close to Hibiya Station where you can enjoy such delicious coffee! There are plenty of coffee beans to choose from, but they offer only two types of lattes. The one with orange liqueur-like alcohol taste and citrusy acidity was delicious! I was a bit hungry, so I had the avocado and fresh vegetable salad wrap. The combination of white miso, salt koji, sake lees richness, and the accents of yuzu and wasabi were really nice. If I had to ask for more, I would say a slightly bigger portion would have been even better. (laughs) I also tried a sample of iced coffee and jelly. Thank you for the treat!

I heard that the cherry blossoms have bloomed, so I decided to take a walk since the weather is nice. I took a break and looked around, and I stumbled upon this place, which turned out to be a coffee shop specializing in Geisha coffee. It had a fruity and refreshing acidity, which is what they call "delicious coffee these days." It's nice that there are various types to choose from. Lately, there have been cafes like "Juichibou Coffee" and "Bon Coffee" popping up. Each has its own charm, and both are good in their own way.

Located near Hibiya Mitsutown, this coffee specialty shop, Esmeralda Farm, exclusively deals with the highest quality Geisha coffee beans. The Geisha coffee they first auctioned in Panama made history by fetching the highest price ever, shocking the world. Even now, its auction prices continue to break records, making it one of the most valuable coffees in the world. The cafe space on each floor from the first to the fourth has a different atmosphere, and the spacious environment is very calming. Order a coffee and a sandwich - the cafe latte here is exquisite! It might just be the best cafe latte I've ever had! Since they use the highest quality beans, the coffee prices are a bit on the higher side.
