■A shop that opened on June 17th where you can enjoy donuts made with soy milk along with drinks. I went there because they have cream donuts filled with soy cream in a simple donut. They have seating for eating in, with 4 table seats and bench seating available.
■Order (tax included)
- Soy Matcha Cream Donut: 460 yen
The cream donut is filled with soy cream after ordering, which is nice. They use Uji, Kyoto-produced matcha, which is not very sweet and has a good matcha flavor. The outside is slightly crispy, and the inside is moist. I could have eaten another one.
- Soy Latte (Iced): 480 yen
It has a simple taste of soy milk and is very easy to drink.

Take the city bus and get off at Higashiyama Yasui, then walk up the slope for about 5 minutes to find Soi Base Na Donuts. The taste is not overly sweet, but gentle and fluffy, with a slightly crispy surface. They inject the cream into the donuts after you order, and they put a generous amount. It might overflow when you eat it, so be prepared. You can also sit inside and enjoy your donuts slowly.

In Kyoto, there is a shop that sells soy milk donuts and soy milk drinks. When you enter the shop, you will see a wide variety of donuts lined up. I ordered a Soy Matcha Cream and a Soy Matcha Latte, and they filled the donut with cream right after ordering. This donut was incredibly delicious! The dough was soft and the cream was overflowing. The combination of the slight bitterness of matcha and the smoothness of soy milk was perfect. Both the donuts and drinks were rich in soy milk flavor. The staff were friendly and nice. I would love to try other types of donuts when I visit Kyoto again!

Donut specialty store with a soy milk concept. ● Soy matcha cream donut for 460 yen ● Soy matcha latte for 560 yen We went all out with matcha, typical of Kyoto. The cream in the donut had a strong soy milk flavor, which I enjoyed as I like soy milk. It was delicious with plenty of cream overflowing, and the sweetness was mild. The matcha latte was also light and tasty because it was made with soy milk. The exterior and interior of the store had a very stylish feel.

I visited the store on Sunday during opening hours and was the first in line. After me, a few more groups entered quickly, but it seemed like many were using takeout. There were 7 tables for dining in. You enter, pick your favorite donuts on a tray, then order drinks and pay at the counter. This time, I ordered: - Soy Matcha Latte ICE (560 yen) x2 - Matcha Azuki Donut (380 yen) - Soy Matcha Cream Donut (460 yen) The shop focuses on soy milk, but there were also plenty of matcha options, typical of Kyoto. The shop's recommended Soy Matcha Cream Donut is filled with cream right in front of you after ordering. The taste is more soy milk than matcha, but the donut is soft and delicious. Those who prefer a stronger matcha flavor should go for the Matcha Azuki Donut.

The soy custard is ¥430, matcha white chocolate is ¥370, soy latte is ¥480, and matcha latte is ¥560. They are made with a focus on soy milk, making them light and easy to eat. Despite being filled with cream, they are not heavy at all. The sweetness is also mild, making them suitable for those who are not big fans of sweet treats. The only downside is that the location is far from the station, making it difficult to visit again.

In the area southeast of Gion Shijo, within walking distance from Kiyomizu Temple, there is a cafe that specializes in donuts and drinks made with soy milk! Soy milk is high in protein and contains a component called peptide that improves lipid metabolism. Consuming soy peptide immediately after exercise enhances muscle building effects. I tried the Soy Chocolate Cream donut. The cream is filled in the donut after ordering! You can choose from plain, matcha, or chocolate. The outer part is slightly crispy, while the inside is soft and airy. I'm not a big fan of heavy cream, but this one was acceptable and I could even eat two. Despite being a chocolate cream, it was surprisingly not too sweet! In addition to soy milk drinks, they also serve coffee. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I tried an ice soy latte and a soy matcha cream donut at a newly opened soy milk sweets & drinks shop in Kyoto. I've been into soy milk lately, so I enjoyed the different taste of coffee with soy milk. The donut with soy matcha cream was light and delicious.
