Visited a cafe located inside the Nezu Museum in Minami-Aoyama, just off the antique street, which opened in October 2009, 13 years and 8 months ago. The cafe has a stylish atmosphere with a predominance of white and green glass. The interior has table seating in the front, with a total of 45 seats, so it is relatively spacious. When I arrived at 1:46 PM, the cafe was already full, with a line of 6 people waiting. I was seated at 1:56 PM, 10 minutes later. The clientele is 60% female and 40% male. The service was efficiently provided by two female staff members. The menu includes a variety of drinks such as coffee, tea, and other beverages, as well as desserts like pound cake, shortcake, and Mont Blanc. I ordered an iced cafe au lait for 700 yen and a shortcake for 650 yen, totaling 1350 yen. The cafe and cake were served 6 minutes after ordering. The iced cafe au lait was delicious, and the shortcake was also tasty. The cafe is located in the Nezu Museum's garden, which is a vast and beautiful garden with a hilly terrain and a secluded valley atmosphere. Admission to the Nezu Museum is required to access the cafe, costing 1400 yen. Credit card payment is accepted. The cafe and cake were enjoyable, and the garden's unique beauty was truly impressive.

When I visited the cafe inside Nezu Museum in Aoyama, Minato-ku, they only served drinks. There were many foreigners, probably due to the location. I had an iced cafe au lait for 800 yen, while my companion had an iced matcha latte for 850 yen. The taste was average and I think the cost performance is not great, but it was a nice cafe to relax while looking at the beautiful garden.

It was only drinks available, perhaps because it was during summer vacation. The place was filled with two-thirds of foreign tourists, making it a bit livelier than usual. I ordered matcha latte and yuzu squash, both of which were delicious - the matcha latte had just the right amount of sweetness, and the yuzu squash was refreshing. Although I couldn't sit by the window, I still had a lovely time enjoying the great view from inside the shop.

I went on a leisurely weekday. Since it is located inside the Nezu Museum, separate admission to the museum is required. The café has a wall made entirely of windows, allowing you to relax while overlooking the Japanese garden. The service may feel a bit rushed, but everyone is friendly and it has a nice atmosphere. Although the admission fee may make you hesitate to visit, taking a walk in the garden with a pond and old folk houses on the way back is also enjoyable. I would like to visit again during the autumn foliage season.
- Strawberry Shortcake: 600 yen (topped with 2 strawberries!)
- Iced Café au Lait: 700 yen
- Nezu Museum Admission Fee: 1400 yen

I thought I arrived one hour before closing, but the wait for a window seat was long, and by the time the food arrived, there was only about 40 minutes left. However, I was able to relax and feel comfortable. Even though I was alone, I didn't mind that there were many foreigners around. I chose the beef stew and apple pie. I opted for hot tea, which came in a pot as part of the set. Since it was a meal at an art museum, I didn't have high expectations, but that turned out to be a good thing. The beef stew was not too rich or spicy, just right. The apple pie was delicious and fluffy. I would like to try a different dessert next time. I was able to relax and enjoy myself. Thanks to that, I ended up eating too much, haha. The exhibition was also interesting, and the greenery was beautiful and more extensive than I expected! It was a great holiday. Highly recommended.

The café inside the Nezu Museum is surrounded by lush green trees, creating a lovely and peaceful atmosphere. There are many great restaurants and cafes in Tokyo's art museums, but this café is highly recommended. They offer dishes like hamburgers and beef stew, but I was drawn to the Kobe beef meat pie and decided to order it. It's a great option for a light meal.

After seeing the works of Korin Ogata, I visited the cafe in the middle of a lush garden for lunch. There were about 5 groups waiting, but I was fine with a table in the middle that didn't face the window, so I was seated in about 10 minutes. I ordered a beef pie and salad set, and couldn't resist adding an apple pie as well. The beef pie had a firm and slightly chewy crust, while the apple pie had a crispy impression (even though they might have been made with the same dough). The person I went with ordered a hamburger with garlic sauce, which came with a light and fluffy toast. It may feel a bit guilty to relax leisurely while others are waiting in line, but it was a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. On a side note, the staircase leading to the restroom had a lovely smell of baking pies!

The Museum Cafe located in the garden of the Nezu Museum. I visited around 2:30 PM on a Saturday and had to wait for about 45 minutes. However, many foreign tourists were willing to wait for a window seat at the counter, so if you don't mind where you sit, you may not have to wait as long. Still, I waited for 45 minutes. The taste was quite ordinary. The iced matcha latte was lukewarm. But compared to other museum cafes in terms of atmosphere and price, it felt like a good place.

"I visited the Nezu Museum to enjoy the National Treasure 'Swallow and Wisteria Screens by Korin' exhibition (4/15-5/14) and the wisteria flowers in the garden. I purchased tickets on their website and had an early lunch there. Due to a shortage of eggs, the number of cakes available was limited. What I had was: - Garlic sauce hamburger 1400 yen - Iced tea 700 yen The hamburger came with bread and salad. The garlic scent was quite strong, almost too much for a museum menu, but unfortunately, the hamburger itself was a bit too firm in texture. The colorful salad and bread were delicious. The iced lemon tea had a nice aroma and was tasty, with lemon peel included. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. There was already a line forming around 11:30, so it might be better to go early. The National Treasure screens were as stunning as ever, with bold composition and beautiful wisteria flowers. The wisteria in the garden was in full bloom, although some flowers were already fading. The location itself adds to the high rating."

Located inside a beautiful art museum surrounded by greenery. The matcha tea is too sweet, especially when paired with chestnut cake it feels too sugary. However, the Baumkuchen is very fragrant, allowing you to enjoy the chestnut flavor. The interior of the shop is crowded with people, and if it gets a bit noisy, the experiential aspect diminishes a bit.

This is a cafe in the garden of the Nezu Museum. I enjoyed tea while watching the leaves in the garden glisten in the light rain. I had a foamy cafe latte and cheesecake. The cake was beautifully decorated on the plate. Enjoying cake and tea while looking at the garden in the heart of the city was a moment of relaxation. Thank you for the meal.

This is a cafe located inside the Nezu Museum. I like to eat beef stew for lunch. The taste is simple, nostalgic, and suits my preference. If you are considering using the cafe in the evening, it's good to check the final visit time before going. Also, there is usually a little bit of a line.

I placed my order just before the last call. It's nice to enjoy a moment in such a lovely building and space, overlooking the garden. I feel like having some shortcake next. The staff at this art museum, from the security guard to the employees, create a friendly atmosphere. I look forward to the next exhibition. The last call is at 4 p.m., which seems a bit early, so I'll be careful not to miss it.

After paying the entrance fee to the Nezu Museum, I entered the museum. I went out to the garden from the first floor and it was visible immediately. Payment methods are [cash] or [credit card]. When I visited around 12 o'clock on Saturday, it was already full right in front of me. The clientele seemed to be on the older side. I sat in a chair inside the restaurant and was guided to my seat after a few minutes. It was facing the museum. It would have been nice to have a seat in the opposite direction, but I guess it's just luck. Nonetheless, it was nice to see trees and birds flying in front of me. First, they served ice water. Since it was lunchtime, many people around me were ordering food. The museum and the building were beautiful, and the restaurant had a calm atmosphere. However, it might be better not to expect too much from the garden view. I would like to visit again during the autumn foliage season. [Order] - Matcha Latte (Iced) → It had ice in it, but it wasn't too cold at first, and it was deliciously sweet. [Nezu Museum Entrance Fee] Same-day purchase at the window: General 1400 yen Online reservation: General 1300 yen

I visited the Nezu Museum and also used the cafe there. The quiet cafe located in the garden was perfect, with no crowds as only museum visitors were allowed in. The peaceful atmosphere was great♡ The view of the garden from the window was lovely, and the food was delicious♡ We shared the hamburger and meat pie.

This is a cafe located within the Nezu Museum. You have to enter the museum to access the cafe, so I recommend stopping by when you visit.
- Iced Cafe au Lait: 650 yen
Hmm, not very delicious. It's like the cafe latte at Saint Marc.
- Cheesecake: 700 yen
Rich and delicious. It's moist like Basque cheesecake, with a crispy cookie crust.
It's quite cold inside, so it's a good idea to bring a jacket. I spent over 1000 yen because there are no set menus. The garden at the Nezu Museum has a pond and is a truly wonderful space.

I visited the Nezu Museum for the first time and discovered a lovely cafe in the garden where I decided to have lunch. It was close to 2 pm, so I thought the lunch rush would be over, but there were still four groups ahead of me. The cafe was a glass building and my seat was near the entrance window, so everyone in line could see me eating, which made me feel a bit awkward. The hot meat pie was delicious.

The view of the greenery was soothing and mesmerizing. I enjoyed a blend coffee and some baked goods. It's best to visit with the main focus on the museum and garden, so you won't be disappointed. A lovely cafe located within the garden of Nezu Museum.

Having coffee in the midst of greenery is wonderful. I come here not just to visit the exhibition, but also to enjoy coffee in the greenery. It's convenient to get an annual pass. For 8000 yen a year, you can also bring a companion. The meals seem to be just reheated premade food, but they're decent. The time spent savoring the greenery is more important than the food.

The café with a glass interior that lets in the sunlight filtering through the trees is very pleasant. The Kobe beef meat pie has delicious meat inside, although I wish there was more of it. It's just the right size to satisfy a small hunger. The hamburger has a surprisingly strong garlic sauce that I personally enjoy, but I wonder if the ladies dining here can handle it. The hamburger bun was fluffy and satisfying. The garlic-flavored dressing on the salad was also delicious. It seems like the chef here really likes garlic. Unfortunately, there are no alcoholic drinks available, which is a shame considering how the food makes you want to have a drink. Perhaps it's because of the pandemic? Overall, it's a lovely café with friendly staff. Thank you for the meal!
