After a meal, it's dessert time, of course. I'm at my usual spot, Gion Tsujiri. Whenever I come here, I can't help but have the three-color tree soft serve - the chestnut in the shape of a heart is so cute! The roasted green tea soft serve is still excellent. It has definitely become more luxurious compared to the early days. (laughs) Perhaps they are trying to make up for the price increase. Still, I think Gion Tsujiri's roasted green tea soft serve is truly one of a kind, so whenever I come here, I just have to have it.

When I came here, most people would normally choose soft serve ice cream, but I wasn't in the mood for sweets, so I opted for a drink instead. As someone who usually prefers hot drinks year-round, I found a rare menu item this time and made an exception for a cold drink. I ordered the "Gokugoku Cold Matcha" for ¥400 (tax included). I was told to mix it well, so I thought maybe the matcha powder had settled at the bottom, but I couldn't see any. When I noticed some dark green ice gathered at the bottom, I wondered if the ice itself was matcha? After all, matcha powder doesn't dissolve in cold water, right? Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy it consistently without it diluting until the end.

On September 23, 2023 (Saturday), I tried the Tsujiri Tree Soft Matcha for 700 yen (tax included) at Tokyo Skytree Town. This is a limited menu item at the Solamachi store, which comes with a Tokyo Skytree-shaped spoon. The rich matcha soft serve paired with red beans and white mochi is absolutely delicious.

The hojicha soft serve on the 6th floor of Solamachi costs 700 yen. It is delicious and well-balanced, with a cute Skytree design. The ice cream leans towards a refreshing taste rather than being too rich, with a strong hojicha flavor. There is no seating inside the store, so you can enjoy it on the benches or tables nearby in Solamachi. The view is great, but there are a limited number of table seats.

As always, the popularity of Solamachi Skytree is amazing. I took a break here after shopping to watch horse racing. [Order] Hojicha Soft Serve ¥500. The rich hojicha flavor was not too sweet until the end. Thank you for the meal.

After visiting the top three traditional Japanese confectionery shops in Mukojima, I walked to the Skytree and visited the Gion Tsujiri Tokyo Skytree Town Soramachi store for the first time. This store has been selected as one of the top 100 ice cream and gelato shops. I lined up at 10:50 for the 11:00 opening, and soon there were 10 people lined up behind me. Since September 29th is the Mid-Autumn Festival (Chuseok) and October 27th is the Thirteenth Night, the store has a limited-time exclusive Moon-Viewing Soft Serve available from September 4th to October 31st. I purchased it for 860 yen, and it was ready quickly. I enjoyed it at the rest area in front of the shop. The soft serve, in a parfait style, had matcha sandwiched on top of it, with a waffle, red bean paste, white balls, chestnut Mont Blanc, matcha soft serve, and more inside the glass. The inside was filled with kinako powder, sweet potato mousse, hojicha jelly, and other autumn ingredients. This Moon-Viewing Soft Serve, with sweet potato and various Japanese ingredients, allowed for a variety of flavors and was a delightful treat.

It is located on the 6th floor of Solamachi. There is a Japanese-style eat-in space opposite the counter where you can order and receive your food. The matcha and hojicha have a rich, not too sweet taste that becomes addictive. We also tried the cold roasted green tea, which was delicious too! It's a refreshing experience with a variety of teas.

Around noon on Sunday, maybe around 12 o'clock? I went to this shop on the 6th floor of Tokyo Solamachi inside the Skytree. There was no wait and I was able to order smoothly. I think I ordered a cold matcha for 400 yen. It was served right away. They told me to drink it slowly as the ice was made of matcha. There was a resting area with a trash can nearby, so I enjoyed my drink while looking at the view of Sumida Ward. It wasn't too sweet, which made it delicious! It has become one of my favorites. Thank you for the meal. I will definitely go back again. ^ ^

I was debating between hojicha, genmaicha, or matcha tea. Usually, I try something different from my companions, but this time both of us decided on matcha. We both know they all taste good, so I hesitated to order since I thought I wouldn't be able to finish it. However, if I couldn't, my daughter would eat it, so I ended up ordering two. Surprisingly, it was smaller than expected, but just the right size for one person. The matcha was rich, the white balls were big and soft, the roll cake was delicious, and I was satisfied. Additionally, I was able to use a 5% discount with the Skytree entrance ticket!

At Solamachi, I visited a soft serve ice cream shop on the 4th floor and then headed to the 6th floor. I tried Tsujiri, a famous matcha shop from Kyoto, which I had never tried before because I'm not a big fan of matcha. There were only a few people waiting in line. I ordered the Tsujiri Tree Soft Matcha for ¥700. It came in a waffle cone bowl with matcha soft serve, rich condensed milk sauce, red bean paste, mochi balls, and a Skytree-shaped spoon. You can enjoy it while sitting on traditional Japanese chairs outside the shop. The matcha flavor was quite intense, but if you like soft serve, you can definitely handle more. Breaking the cone in the middle made it quite challenging to eat. I decided to wipe and take the Skytree spoon home as a souvenir.

For lunch that day, I had a delicious yakitori set at a famous yakitori restaurant, followed by soft serve ice cream at a popular ice cream shop on the 4th floor of Solamachi. Then, I moved to the 6th floor where I visited "Gion Tsujiri Tokyo Skytree Town Solamachi Store," a well-known ice cream and gelato shop. Unlike the shop on the 4th floor, there was plenty of seating space outside the store. Some people were enjoying their ice cream by the window, but I prefer not to look outside from high places. Finally, feeling full, my friend and I decided to share one ice cream. He ordered the brown rice tea soft serve, which was handed to us. It was surprisingly delicious with a unique flavor of roasted brown rice. It had a hint of bitterness that was just right. We have tried matcha ice cream many times before, but brown rice tea was a first for both of us. We enjoyed the ice cream in a good pace until we reached the waffle cone, which was also delicious with a satisfying crunch. However, as I was getting full from eating multiple ice creams and being in the air-conditioned store for a while, I started to feel a bit chilly. Once we finished the cone part, I lost interest and felt like a defeated woman, so I handed it over to my friend. Soft serve ice cream always makes me crave it when I travel, so this was the first time I had eaten so much without actually going on a trip.

In Skytree Town, I went to "Gion Tsujiri," a famous ice cream and gelato shop. I was planning to get matcha soft serve, but when I saw the menu at the register, I couldn't decide between hojicha or genmaicha soft serve. In the end, I chose genmaicha, which turned out to be a great choice. The nutty flavor of genmaicha was perfectly balanced with a mild sweetness. I bought one and shared it with my girlfriend, and we both enjoyed it a lot. The staff were friendly and the whole experience was delightful. My girlfriend, who usually feels hot, suddenly felt cold after eating two types of soft serve, but she still found them delicious. Now, we are planning to visit the character shop next! Thank you for the delicious treat!

I visited on August 29, 2023. I came to Oshiage to try the gelato from one of the top 100 gelato shops. It is located at the Gion Tsujiri Solamachi store on the 6th floor of Tokyo Skytree Town Solamachi. I took the escalator up to the 6th floor and found the shop in a refreshing space with a good view by the large open windows. There was no line, so I was able to order quickly. I tried the Matcha soft serve for 500 yen. It's mainly for takeout, but there is plenty of seating for eating in. The Matcha soft serve was vibrant green, thanks to the high-quality matcha from Tsujiri. The first bite of matcha flavor was impressive. It was my first time, so I went with the standard soft serve, but I couldn't help but feel a little regretful for not trying the "Tsujitsuri Soft Matcha" with soft serve, white dumplings, and sweet red bean on a bowl-shaped cone, which looked quite luxurious.

I visited the ice cream gelato shop "Gion Tsujiri Tokyo Skytree Town Solamachi Store" with a rating of 3.54 on Tabelog in 2023. The location is on the 6th floor of Tokyo Skytree Town, with an open space interior. It is a popular shop that has been selected as one of the top 100 in Japan. It was also featured on a TV show hosted by Matsuko. I tried the condensed milk matcha soft serve and matcha latte. Since matcha is their specialty, most of the menu items are matcha-based. The condensed milk matcha was rich and delicious, providing a consistent and satisfying flavor. Overall, it is a great place to visit!

Located on the 6th floor of Skytree Town, towards the end of the restaurant area, is Gion Tsujiri Tokyo Skytree Town Soramachi store. It's a nice place with a spacious eating area. Right now, with the hot weather, they have limited edition items like shaved ice and matcha lemon squash, which you won't find at other Tsujiri stores. It can be overwhelming with all the options, but normally I would go straight for the shaved ice. However, since this store is part of the Ice Gelato Hyakumeiten, I had to try their ice cream. Tsujiri is known for their matcha soft serve, so I chose that. They accept various payment methods like transportation IC cards and barcode payments. The matcha, brown rice tea, and roasted green tea soft serves are all ¥500 each, which is great value. The cone is also high quality. The parfait in a waffle cone looked cute, but I'll save that for when the weather cools down a bit. The rich and slightly bitter matcha soft serve has a mature taste, and it pairs perfectly with the sweet cone. Thank you for the meal.

I arrived in the late afternoon on a regular day. While there was a line for meals, I was able to buy sweets without waiting. I indulged a little and got a 3-color Skytree soft serve, which I enjoyed while looking outside. It came with a Skytree-shaped spoon and a matcha spout for an extra touch. It had white balls in it and was a slightly luxurious moment.

One of the famous places in Kyoto, "Tsujiri"! In the hot summer, I can't resist the words "tea" and "matcha" and always end up making a detour. The Tsujiri Tree Soft Matcha is delicious! Even though I know it's good, I can't help but say "delicious" after eating dessert. It's important. I came here for dessert after eating at the revolving sushi restaurant Triton. It's convenient because they are on the same floor. I'll walk a lot on the way back to erase the guilt! Thank you for the meal.

The genmaicha soft serve featured on Matsuko's show was amazing, with the good flavor and aroma of brown rice. While there are other appealing flavors, I recommend trying the genmaicha soft serve first. I ordered the cold roasted green tea, which was fantastic. I would love to have it at home too. Thank you for the delicious meal. I will definitely visit again.

I visited "Gion Tsujiri Tokyo Skytree Town Solamachi Store," which was selected as one of the "Tabelog Top 100 Ice Cream & Gelato Shops 2023." The nearest station is Oshiage Station on the Hanzomon Line, about a 5-minute walk away. It is located on the 6th floor of "Tokyo Solamachi." This famous Kyoto store, founded in 1860, is known for its collaboration products with donut shops and convenience stores. Although it is a takeout-only store, there are a few chairs for resting right in front, so if you're lucky, you can enjoy your treat while admiring the great view. This time, I purchased the "Matcha Soft Serve." It has a beautiful green color. When you take a bite, you can feel the moderate bitterness of the matcha. It has a smooth texture and is not too sweet, making it easy to eat. Thank you for the meal.

It is a 6-minute walk from Oshiage Station, located on the 6th floor of Tokyo Solamachi. I arrived around 11:30 on a weekday and there was no wait. I ordered the Tsujiri Soft Matcha for 700 yen. It was served promptly in a cone-shaped bowl with matcha soft serve, white mochi balls, and red bean paste. The spoon had a Skytree-inspired design, which looked nice. The combination of matcha soft serve, red bean paste, and mochi balls was similar to anmitsu and was quite delicious. I enjoyed it until the last bite.

Located on the 6th floor of Tokyo Skytree Solamachi, this matcha shop offers a variety of tea menus in addition to ice cream and sweets. I was craving dessert after my meal, so I bought Parfait No. 3. It had three types of ice cream and plenty of toppings. A satisfying dish that allows you to enjoy various textures and flavors!
