On busy days like weekends, it's nice to relax at the window counter. A must-try for lunch is the half beef tongue. The quality of the meat for lunch is just right and the portion is generous. The kimchi at Seryna is on the sweeter side, which is great for those who don't like it too spicy. The namul and salad are light and easy to eat, making it a reliable choice for lunch.

I have been to Yoronoyu several times for lunch. I always order the special selection. I do not recommend anything other than the special selection because it is not worth coming to Yoronoyu for anything less. The view is nice, the hospitality is good, and it is convenient as you can make reservations online. It is a delicious meat restaurant located in a convenient location. Just right. However, the portion size is quite large for women (laughs).

I visited Jojoen at Isetan in Kyoto Station! It's conveniently connected directly from Kyoto Station! Today, I ordered the following menu items: - Tan salt three-point assortment 6,500 yen - Galbi three-point assortment 4,400 yen - Red meat loin grill 3,000 yen - Harami grill 3,200 yen - Hormone three-point assortment 2,800 yen - Daikon kimchi 800 yen - Jojoen salad 800 yen - Jojoen suji tofu 1,700 yen. The prices are a bit higher compared to regular BBQ restaurants, but the quality of the meat is worth it! When you come to Jojoen, you have to try the salad and salted tongue! I love the dressing from Jojoen so much that I would buy it! At Jojoen in Kyoto Station Isetan, you can enjoy your meal while looking at Kyoto Tower, making it highly recommended for a date! This time, I chose a private room! There is a 5% private room fee, but it's recommended for a relaxed dining experience! It was my first time trying suji tofu, and it was deliciously spicy! It's spicy and tasty, but not too spicy, so even those who don't love spicy food can enjoy it. Next, I want to try Jojoen at Hotel New Otani! Thank you for the meal!

The 13,000 yen course. The salad is delicious. The dishes come out all at once. It feels more like ordering a bunch of dishes rather than a course meal. Is this the meat of Jojoen? Considering the location, the price may be appropriate, but the cost performance is not good.

I visited Seryna in Kyoto Isetan for lunch as it recently opened. It was bustling with people and we were seated at a table with a view of Kyoto Tower. We ordered the Mix Lunch (3800 yen) and the Premium Lunch (5700 yen) to share. We grilled various cuts of meat like upper ribs, premium loin, and lean loin, along with namul, salad, soup, and rice. It was a satisfying lunch experience. For dessert, we had heart-shaped ice cream along with iced coffee and iced tea to finish off the meal. It was a nice and relaxing lunch in such a lovely atmosphere.

On July 8, 2021, I made a reservation and went for lunch at "Jojoen," which opened on the 7th floor of JR Kyoto Isetan. I visited thinking it was a yakiniku restaurant in a department store, and I was pleasantly surprised by the idea of having yakiniku in a department store. I went for lunch with my wife and second son. We were seated quite deep inside the restaurant, with a 1.3m high wall separating us from the neighboring table. The location with a view of Kyoto Tower right in front of us was excellent. We ordered the following dishes: Mixed Lunch - 3800 yen (tax included) [Jojoen Salad, Namul, Rice, Soup, Dessert, Drink] [Yakiniku - Lean Roast, Kalbi, Shrimp] Select Lunch - 5700 yen (tax included) [Jojoen Salad, Namul, Rice, Soup, Dessert, Drink] [Yakiniku - Premium Roast, Top Kalbi, Tongue Salt] Meat Harami - 29000 yen (tax included) Bibim Men (small) - 1150 yen (tax included) Ordering dishes for 3 people at a 4-person table made it difficult to eat comfortably and grill the meat properly. The meat was delicious and of good quality. I appreciated the clear differentiation. However, the atmosphere was slightly different from Yugentei in Shijo. The Bibim Men with soba flour was delicious, but the portion was small. On the 7th floor of Isetan, there is a children's clothing section, and near the entrance of Jojoen, there is an underwear section. Even with a mask on, you can still smell the delicious aroma of yakiniku as you get closer. There is a 10% discount for JR Kyoto Isetan members, which added to the overall value of the experience.

I made a reservation and went to the newly opened restaurant. It was super crowded and seems to be very popular. I ordered a course for 10,000 yen including tax, and there were so many delicious dishes. The cold noodles were made with soba flour and were black in color. They were a bit bland, but when I added spicy sauce and vinegar, they became extremely delicious. The kimchi had a rich spiciness and tasted authentic. The meat was tender and tasty, but the sauce was the highlight. It was a bit sweet, maybe because of the amount of granulated sugar used, but it was enjoyable. The rice was very tasty and easy to eat. Lastly, there was heart-shaped ice cream as a dessert, similar to a Pino with chocolate coating and cream inside. I was happy to receive a souvenir as well. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was great with a luxurious feel. The staff were very polite. The price includes the ambiance fee.

The stable deliciousness was great! The atmosphere was excellent and the meat texture was very tender. I want to try eating it with salt instead of sauce.

It had been about 10 years since I last visited Seryna, and it was amazing! The meat was tender, the sauce delicious, and the salad tasty! The view of Kyoto Tower was beautiful, and sitting where you could see the night view was lovely.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice and the staff are friendly. Compared to other restaurants, the quality at Jojoen is average. We ordered a la carte and ate until we were full, spending around 10,000 yen per person (including two drinks). We ordered more than what is shown in the photos.
